This was just pure unprofessionalism and if my children weren’t present I would have said a lot in person for this to be understood. I stood and waited 5 min while after my order was taken both ladies decided to have a conversation with there assumed friend who walked in after me before making my order as I was the only person left at that current moment before her arrival. Took her order took 3 more as a group walked in after her and then proceeded to make my order. The bread I chose being the first customer before any of the above mentioned ppl came in was not available for the group that entered after the friend yet two giant subs were made with that same bread for her order and mine was incorrect bc they decided her order had priority being a former employee (also assumed from overheard conversation). I do not deal with blatant incompetence so a refund and a salad is fine by me but it’s a sub shop. It really isn’t that hard which makes it that much more annoying.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Sandwich was not good. The bread was old and stale crumbling pieces falling off. Uber Eats does not refund money far a bad order. This is not good especially when I spend my hard earned money. I noticed other reviews stating the same. To Jersey mike's, your employees have to know the bread is old and please do not tell me the bread was overcooked. I know the difference between overcooked bread and stale hard bread. To your employees you wouldn't anyone to give you old stale bread. Jersey Mike's owner please look into this and ensure customers have fresh bread.

I love Jersey Mike’s and so does my son, even my father likes the buffalo chicken cheesesteak very much. We do encounter some resistance at times at this particular location but I have noticed they have a lot of turnover of employees which I understand for the most part it is very pleasant a tad bit of a weight at times but I order large orders so I guess that is to be of these little issues I do believe they try hard they are nice and they’re just human like everyone else we all have to kick it down and notch sometimes and realize we’re all flirting around on this big rock together.Parking: It’s a tight parking lot depending on which way you come in you have to do a whole loop around the building so you gotta watch for oncoming traffic gets really narrow and it looks like there’s some trailer or bus spots in the back that sometimes get clogged up just a little word of advice

Great location!!! food and service is the best I've ever receive from any jersey mikes. Manager and staff is very friendly and I see him laughing and joking with staff all the time. Great location, relaxed environment, and a very clean store. Sweetest people ever I love this location.

Hoping the manager sees this review. It’s 1:00pm on 1/20/2024. The gentleman taking our order was very friendly, helpful. However the two women behind the counter were more concerned with their phones and inappropriate, curse-laden convo to be bothered with taking payment or getting our order correct. To top it off, one of the females grabbed a bag of chips from the front, knocked other bags off, didn’t bother to pick up, before proceeding to eat them while standing in food prep area. Food was great, service and atmosphere very poor.

Had great pick up service restaurant is clean and service was great. I recommend the Big kahuna cheese stake first time having and I will definitely order again. The servers were friendly and not to mention easy on the eyes.

Service terrible. Walked in with a group of customers and servers walked to the back. One walks to the front looks at everyone shakes his head then walks back into the back. Stood there for 5 mins then turned and walked out because they didn't take any orders. My nephew used to work there years ago a service was ten times better. Won't be back to this store.

Ordered subs online while traveling with family, they ran out of bread as unbelievable as that sounds and the poor manager, if you want to call him that, had no idea how to use his own system to issue a refund and actually ended up charging me three times. He finally refunded one of the three charges but told me I'd have to come back to get the restof the $109 he still owes us due to his lack of ability to use the system. It was actually quite embarrassing how much of a hot mess this one store always is...no onions, no lettuce, no bacon...now no bread but after meeting the manager it all makes more sense. Stay far away from this jersey mikes, drive to norfok, lynnhaven or chespaeake. Still fighting to get my money they stole from me and their corporate is not much help unfortunately so basically its fraud at this point.

I've gotten this sub many times in the past and each time it's been steadily decreasing with taste. This time there were no jalapeños, one small piece of red pepper, 2 small pieces of green peppers, and lack of meat. Tons of little black pieces throughout the sub and overall tastes and smells horrible. I do not recommend getting #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak from this location.

Made an order online for pick up on my way home. Arrived maybe 5 minutes early than the projected ready time. Upon entering the establishment I saw a bag with my name on it, so I told them my name hoping I would just get my wife and my food but the staff told me to hang tight, they're working on it. Sat down and waited 20 additional minutes watching customer after customer walk in and out with their food. My wife in the car is concerned what's going on while trying to keep our baby from melting down which wouldn't be an issue if we were home 15 minutes ago. After I was the only person left, they asked my name again and grabbed the bag I saw when I walked in and seemed concerned that my food was ready the whole time sitting on the counter. They didn't not apologize for a misunderstanding or for the length of my wait. After getting home, they got my wife's order wrong by not removing the onions requested and then they added honey mustard on a sandwich that doesn't even come with it!

I went in the store to order a sandwich, when I get in there there is 1 other person in there and the guy takes my order and walked off. He didn't make my sandwich while the girl was making online orders. The worst part is the manager was there and didnt help or anything. So I guess online orders Trump in store customers. Customer Service Sucks. 15 Minutes waisted.
