Food was cold ordered it and it took longer than an hour to get here. People on the phone sound very unprofessional and uncaring abt the situation when I asked where the food was they said they just left after I had ordered it an hour and a half ago then the manager says a completely different thing. Not eating here again. 2nd time my food was cold

I was on my way home and I asked my wife if we want pizza, she said it sounds good, I said well then let's get about some action we're going to Jets. I've had Jets before it's always been good. I used to say it's like the local Little Caesars but it couldn't be more far from the truth. I walked in the Jets and I was a little early I waited maybe 2 minutes and out came the pizza. When I tell you that Jet himself must have been in there making this pizza, it was that good. I had an existential revelation when I've bit into the Krispy crust. Best pizza ever, I'm a Virginia Beach native and I'm telling you this is the best.
The pizza used to be amazing but unfortunately the past 2 times I have ordered I have waited over 2 hours to get the pizza delivered basically cold. This past time yes it said they were busy and it might take longer but it was 2 1/2 hours of waiting for delivery and it was not good pizza. Cold and we think the ranch made my husband and I sick.

Best pizza around!! Tried the NY style and also the Detroit today. Highly recommend to any pizza lovers out there. Pepperoni wasn’t spicy and there was plenty of sauce. Service was great as well!

My wife and I are from metro Detroit and we miss our Detroit deep dish greatly. This Jets doesn't miss a beat it is just like home and I make a 40 minute drive once a month for this home away from home for us. They are always friendly and I've been going here for almost 10 years now and they have yet to mess an order up!
