I asked for red pepper flakes on my veggie sandwich and was told no they are only for "wraps", well there is no vegetarian wrap option on the menu. Red pepper flakes, you know the things they literally give away for free at most restaurants.. that cost like a penny for them to sprinkle on a $9 sandwich. Terrible customer service.Update: the link to your form for feedback that you provided is a Google doc for some training session and nothing to do with jimmy johns feedback another fail by your social media manager

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time ever so we did not know how exactly to order. We told them exactly what we wanted and what we did not want on our subs. First they over charged us but they did end up refunding the money and charging the correct amount. When we got out subs they were completely wrong so I went up to the counter to let them know and ask if I could get it made correctly. They proceeded to yell at me saying “You need to say what you don’t want not what you want on it” and that it’s not a make your own sub. They tried to charge me again to make it correctly even thought it was not our fault it was made wrong. The service was horrible and one of the workers was extremely disrespectful. Never again.

I ordered almost two hours ago from work and have not received a call or anything. It still shows orders been received and no answer from site. I have called and let it ring for three minutes each time and someones just ending the call. They took my money pretty fast though! So technically to me they just stole my money and didn’t provide a service. Called the “corporate” number and no ones available there either.

I happen to live in the bldg. where this particular store location is. I had a terrible experience when they first opened, despite it happened like 10yrs. ago, was still somewhat apprehensive to return for a meal. Guess what I got, please let me tell you, one of the best sandwiches from anyplace (besides some items I make at my place)! Thanks so much to the folks at Jimmy John's for renewing not only my faith in this store, but in the entire franchise.

Delicious, fresh lettuce wrap. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. We ordered in store, and our wraps were ready quickly. Clean environment.
I was there on November 2nd, 2022, and ordered a #8 combo. When I went to refill my ice tea, I witnessed an employee sitting on the counter taking a break. To top it off, the manager didn't say anything to the employee. She sat on the counter next to the ice tea dispenser. Gross! I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. I have a picture to prove it.

I ordered a couple of subs came up to about 30 bucks... I waited for 45 mins til I called the store for a ETA in which they responded sorry they don't have a delivery driver so they canceled my order... what?? So I guess they can do that without telling you... idk but I feel that was not good customer service

This restaurant has deteriorated dramatically, the restaurant is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, the staff is rude and unpleasant, and the subs are pathetic .....I can make much better at home

13.70 for half a sandwich. No drink, no chips. Not a big sandwich either. Rip off and the bread is hard.
