Order from this location many of time but this is the final time I do so. Last week my wife got a sandwich delivered and it took over an hour to show up, they were nice and gave us a credit for the sandwiches but we just ordered again and it’s been over an hour and 15 minutes before the sandwhich.

At the hour mark I called in to ask where my sandwhich was and I could hear the manager bs and making up crap in the back ground. There finial excuse to get out of it was they were “backed” up….. what happened to the freaky fast? More like freakin sloppy. Come on Jimmy John’s step up you service.

This location has gone downhill. I've been waiting 20 minutes for sandwiches. Meanwhile they are spending their time on online orders. Cashier is on their phone texting between customers.

1 star. The place was extremely musty. The menu has options i can make cheaper with out the musty smell.

Never received my food. Had to ask for a refund after waiting for over 10 minutes for one sandwich because they still hadn't made it. There was one employee at the sink, one at the slicing machine, one at the register who seemed only partially awake and inaudible, and one VERY slowly making sandwiches. I watched as he slowly and leisurely meandered across the kitchen and back to get a sharpie to write on a sandwich bag. I chose this place because it's fast and I didn't have much time. This is a place that advertises "freaky fast" as their slogan. Finally couldn't wait any longer and had to leave with no food. It was an infuriating experience.

I love Jimmy John’s, great service, and excellent peppers. But I wonder if the Cubano is priced accordingly? It’s the same price for noticeably less food.

Should probably remove any signage indicating fast service, cuz there is nothing fast about this place.Additionally , they left the bread in the sandwich even though they weren't supposed to, and they didn't cut it in half. Therefore did not follow instructions and the sandwich was made improperly.Sucky.

This was my first visit to a JJ ever, and it was a terrible experience. The guy running the register was friendly and the food was good, but the young guy handing the sandwiches to customers was actively making an effort to be rude. Since I had never eaten here, I ordered my sandwich by name, and he called it out by number, so I wasn’t aware it was mine. He then called it out by name, and as I went to stand up, he condescendingly said that’s your sandwich right there, I just called it. I let it slide, then asked for some napkins. He heard me, because he looked at me, then he shook his head like I’m an idiot and ignored me. Then I saw they were on the other side of the counter, so I reached over to grab some, and that’s when I said something to him about being rude. His response was, “whatever.” People like that have no business being in a job dealing with customers.
