This was my first visit to a JJ ever, and it was a terrible experience. The guy running the register was friendly and the food was good, but the young guy handing the sandwiches to customers was actively making an effort to be rude. Since I had never eaten here, I ordered my sandwich by name, and he called it out by number, so I wasn’t aware it was mine. He then called it out by name, and as I went to stand up, he condescendingly said that’s your sandwich right there, I just called it. I let it slide, then asked for some napkins. He heard me, because he looked at me, then he shook his head like I’m an idiot and ignored me. Then I saw they were on the other side of the counter, so I reached over to grab some, and that’s when I said something to him about being rude. His response was, “whatever.” People like that have no business being in a job dealing with customers.

This location is in the Food Lion shopping center so plenty of parking and easy to find. It seemed cleaned inside with plenty of seating. I ordered earlier for a 12pm pickup. It was ready when I got there. They got the order 100% correct. I love their online ordering system....so easy. I also love the rewards program....it's free. This was only my 2nd order and the sandwich was free. Love that. I also got a pickle....I love their pickles. Customer service was great. I wish I got his name. I even saw him running an order out to someone's car.....it looked like a catering order. Sandwich was good....exactly how I ordered it. Was it the best sandwich ever? No but it was good. I would go back if needed.

Ordered a meal right before closing and they wound give me it at 9:01 though I ordered it online. They acted like it was a big deal I had ordered so late, why? You’re open, I don’t care what’s on a 17 year olds agenda for the evening. Maybe better life choices, I don’t know. They certainly weren’t able to provide a meal as their employer suggested they would be able to do.

Super slow not freaky fast. The last two times I have ordered from this location, It took 40 minutes to get a delivery to a location 2 miles away. The food is still great but I will order from somewhere else because of the slow service.

Twice now I've ordered from this location. Thinking the first time was a fluke, it took over an hour AGAIN for a delivery. It's actually Freaky SLOW. I called and was just told "We only have one driver." Man I try to support y'all since you have your own drivers and part of your profits don't go to the delivery service but my lunch break is over and I'm starving.
I went in store, the angled sign is hard to read ?? Then when I picked what I wanted the guy messes up my order?. So I just left, got groceries at food lion. Saved myself $ Jimmy John's is expensive $$ and a hassle. Go-to subway, zeros, or sub shop at London Bridge you'll get much better service, better prices, better food and less hassle.

I asked for a roast beef sandwich with extra pickle and extra onion. When I got in the car for my long trip I got no onions and 3 pickles and no napkins and no receipt. Not happy!!!!!
