I sat at the drive through and nobody responded, I went to the window and nobody acknowledge me. I honked and called customer service to complain and they took my info to tell the owner, who would call me back. I contacted customer service twice and nobody called or acknowledged the issue. 0 stars is not an option, I apologize for having to give 1 star...

Went through the drive thru and the person who took our order was very impatient and rude. She made it feel like taking our order was an inconvenience despite the line being empty. We won’t be returning here, the location on Virginia Beach Blvd is way better for service.

This place delivers there nasty little subs to our company weekly no one likes the subs there hard as a brick everyone in company plans to write poor reviews if they don't stop delivering here people have also got sick from the subs

This store consistently disappoints. It ranges anywhere from slow service, to poorly made food, to not having a delivery driver on shift?? You simply shouldn’t be able to spend your money and place a delivery order online if they don’t have a driver on shift. It’s a shame the service isn’t better because I really enjoy Jimmy John’s.

This location isn't worth the money. They never have a driver and now they are not putting all of the ingredients in the food.Maybe if your employees were stoner teens they may be able to do their job appropriately.At this point you should shut this location down.

The guy at the night shift is a complete douch canoe. I was two second away from dragging him by his curly hair outside. I was doing them a favor by coming to pick up my own order just to be told I have to go to the back of the line when I was there first and the guy knew why I was there. Don't worry about me coming back if I see that guy again he's going to worry about me.

My friend ordered the food online. They were supposed to send us an email of when the food was ready but never did. I just left and picked the sandwich up. Friend said it was delicious but at $15 it REALLY ought to be considering it was just vegetables. Not even avocado.I can't imagine how good a sandwich must be to cost $15. ?‍♀️

Twice in a month I’ve tried to order from this location. The first time they received my order and let the online order just sit there without doing anything. I called the store to check on my order. There was no delivery driver that day and they weren’t going to tell me. When I asked if I could get my money back the employee told me I could just come pick it up. No thanks. Today I placed an order and after 20 minutes it still said “Order Received” on the tracker. I called the store to check the status. The first call was answered and the employee immediately hung up. The second call was answered rudely. When I politely explained I was checking the status of my order the line went silent. She came back on the phone to say they were waiting for bread and that my order would be prepared soon. It’s now 20 minutes later and the tracker hasn’t moved. Do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other location. It’ll be faster. I will never order from here again.
