Poor management costing this place money. Received email confirmation at 11:21 for my order, at 12:51 I had called to cancel it. I’m 4.4 miles away from the location and they couldn’t get a combo meal and an unwich to me in 1 1/2 hours. When I spoke to the manager they said “I don’t know what’s going on with my delivery driver today” - that’s the issue.

If you want neither freaky fast service or quality customer service, here is the place. Have had attempted deliveries take well over 2.5 hours. One time, I called at 2 pm. And the incoming manager had no clue why it happened. Ordered ahead another time. Showed up 35 minutes after delivery and the manager and staff hadn't even started, told me to sit down and wait while the two dudes were flirting with two female customers.

The manager currently has no idea what customer service or quality.

The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself. His staff is terrible.

I love buying sandwiches at Jimmy John's, because they have a unique flavor along with the bread they use. It is a fabulous mix of flavor, and very good service. I congratulate you.

Ordered for catering the day before. The order was ready nearly an hour after scheduled time. The answer was that there were a lot of walk in orders ahead of mine. Sandwiches did not appear to accurately represent what I ordered, and compared to other Jimmy John's locations, we're very light in product. I would never use this location again, and would not be able to recommend to others. Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service, rude! Placed an online order for 7:15pm, got there @ 7:06pm and was told "ugh well you just can just go wait over there because your order is for 7:15". WHAT?? Finally when the order was ready, it was wrong! NEVER again!

We’ve tried this location twice - the first time they were completely out of bread (a key ingredient for a sandwich shop) and the second time it took 26 mins to get two sandwiches with an almost empty store. We watched 3 employees stand around and watch one poor guy do everything. Avoid this location.

We have on a bit of a Jimmy John's kick lately while on a road trip, as several of us in our family have fallen in love with their wraps. We decided to try a local location and our experience was much, much different. This location was extremely disappointing. We visited on a Saturday at lunch time and there was hardly anyone there. That should have been a sign. They reported being out of bread despite bread being openly present. They also reported being out of hummus. We ordered what we could (wraps) only to find them less than full, not cut in half, and soggy. I think this location has broken our streak of good Jimmy John's experiences. Guess we will take a break.

Ordered for 11:30 am delivery and it’s 12:30 pm. I called once at 12pm to check in, and they said it was 5 minutes out. They after another 15 minutes I called again and they once again said 5 minutes out. They lie, offer absolutely no compensation and don’t contact you to inform you if they’re running behind. I understand being behind, but the no contact is just unacceptable. Do not order from this location, you money is better spent elsewhere.

We placed an online order at 7:36 pm. We called to check on the status of our order at 8:44 pm. Silas told us the delay was because they ran out of bread and that the driver left 30 min ago with our order. They then closed and we still hadn’t received it. We called at 9:04, Silas answered and said that they were closed. Their system said it was delivered “4 minutes ago”, but we never received it. Now we have to go off of his word that we will get a refund after almost two hours of waiting in silence for our imaginary food to be delivered.

To offer zero rectification after such a poor experience is disappointing. A refund will suffice, but your “freaky fast” slogan is nothing more than a misleading marketing gimmick.

This has been so frustrating to deal with, I suggest potential patrons look for a better sandwich elsewhere.

I get everyone has their off days but the girl that made my sub just seemed really inconvenienced that I was in there in the first place when I was the only one there and she had no other orders. First time trying jimmy John’s and probably the last.

The employee was eating the turkey meat while he was making the sub. The crazy part was that he never looked up to see if anyone was looking. I asked could I have my money back or if someone else can make it. Someone else mad it. I felt nauseous while eating my sandwich when I got home thinking about it.

Second time in a row that my pick up order from here has been totally wrong. Also, the companies motto is freaky fast….Super slow may be more appropriate. Ordered online and showed up to get the order 30 minutes later only to have to wait another 15 minutes (for stuff I didn’t order). I’ll go to Jersey Mikes next time.

I come to Jimmy John’s for the “freaky fast” and this location is the slowest. Every time I assume it’s a fluke but then when I come back, it’s the same old thing. I’ll never learn.
