I’m a Jimmy Johns fan, I love their bread and everything they do. I used to live in the Hilltop area and now live near the Norfolk Airport, and I can say with absolute confidence that compared to this location, they are run like a horse mashing its head into a post. I can’t always make it out to this location, I have to settle for a nearby Subway when I have a sandwich fixing, but this location has the upmost respect and customer service I’ve seen outside of a Chik Fila....

I pick up a sandwich here weekly for lunch and always have a great experience. They remember my name and are super friendly! I always enjoy going in. I'm moving out of state soon and will really miss coming into this location!

The manager Will and staff here ant 4500 Main St. in Town Center are always friendly, polite and professional. Their sandwiches are hands down the best and way better than Subway. Please anyone wanting a “Fresh French Bread” made sandwich get it here. They also have others types as well. I know you will like it 100%. Deliciously yummy.

Vegetarian options: They can make a veggie sandwich for you.
