It’s annoying enough that this is the closest location to my home and the only one that doesn’t do online ordering for pickup, but worse that I call to order ahead and no one picks up the phone. I tried calling Today, October 25, at 2:45pm, tried multiple times until 3:25pm. Each time it rang and rang until it hung up. Horrendous service. I was buying for a large group so they missed out on a huge order. Their competition picked up the phone so they got my business instead.

30 minutes for a pick up order of 3 sandwiches (so much for freaky fast as they claim). The employees were rude, the floors were sticky, I paid for drinks and didn't get them. When I went back in they said it wasn't on the reciept and it was clearly stated on there and my own copy. Still didn't recieve the drinks either and no refund for them. Snarky attitude stating have a nice day, and was called rude lady for wanting what I paid for

Told me my order would be ready in 5 mins. I showed up in 15 and they hadn’t even started it and were all Judi standing around talking and no one working then told me I had to wait for them to make it which would have been another 10-15 because I couldn’t wait another 15 mins. I drove out of my way to go there to walk out with nothing. Super disappointed.

The skinny lady with the purple hair was very rude. She has a nasty attitude. Instead of helping me with my order she just got an attitude with me and rolled her eyes. Then another worker was on her phone cussing at someone. Very unprofessional! But food is good.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had- with any service. 3 hours later they wanted to deliver my food. Even when I called to check on the order the first time, I was hung up saying that the employee was the only one there. While I understand the economic state we are all in, I think it would have been justified to let me know that delivery wasn’t an option. I called a few times back, and was just told that the driver was on it way and no other updates could they tell me. So either I was lied to via customer service, OR the driver had my food in the car for 2 hours. Yuck. Absolutely never again!

I’ve always had good service at this store but three times recently I’ve gone to find the store dark and not even a sign on the door to say they’re closed. Most recently yesterday and today ( Sunday and Monday.). There isn’t even a message on the phone to say they’re not open—how hard would that be to do? The line just rings and rings.

I like that the website let's people know that delivery times may be longer. Most places need drivers badly. Our driver even called to apologize and let us know?she was headed our way. She said they were calling all customers to let them know when they were on the way.

We ordered our food at 11:50AM. It is currently 1:50PM and we still have not received our order. Called the store and after not getting through 6 times someone from another location got us in contact with them. We even offered to come get the order and the employee told us we couldn’t and that we could not speak to the manager. Do not order from this location.

This place is terrible. Made the order at 11:40am. Still waiting (it is currently 2:04). I called multiple times and nobody answered or if a man did when I asked if it was Jimmy Johns they would disconnect. Once I called another location to request assistance they finally answered. I asked for the drivers information they said they didn’t have it. I even tried to make it easier and ask if I can just come in to pick up the order, and they had the audacity to say no. This place is flipping terrible and their organization needs to be revamped. (I already left a “feedback” so no need to reply to review telling me to)Update: The food never came, so I had to call for a refund. They had no empathy or apology except “their driver got to work late” but it doesn’t explain nor excuse them never arriving at all.

This location has gone down hill! My orders get worse every time I place one. My order yesterday took and hour and a half even though I placed it early. Then I found who knows what at the bottom of my cup. I won’t order from this location again.

Great sandwiches however they never get my order right whether it be online or in store and it’s annoying. I went to the store to order because they kept messing up my online order and they still got it wrong. Sadly I will no longer be a customer anymore. I’m going to miss the sandwiches but customer service plays a big part in where I’m spending:-/

Put in an online order at 7pm when hours show close at 9pm. Show up to pick up at 730pm and it's closed with no postings, and our card already charged
