It's been a few years and had a recent visit.Ordered a variety of five subs and had friendly service at the counter. All the sandwiches were correct. The total time in and out was less than 15 minutes. The place was tidy. 3.5 rounding up.I will not deduct, but the adjacent business to the side is a total eyesore. Some type of boat company and it's a mess! It used to be behind a wooden fence, now it's exposed.

Ordered to pickup. There was one person inside making subs, never greeted me. The other worker was hanging out front of the store in someone's car. I waited for 10 min before the worker outside came inside and asked if I wanted a refund. Never greeted me just did I want a refund. I said I wanted the subs I ordered. I was then told they were out of bread so I couldn't get the order. Terrible customer service! I felt sorry for the 1 person making subs. His coworker was hanging out outside while he was frantically working.

The order was marked complete almost a half hour ago and when I called the store I was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes. There was absolutely zero effort made to assist. All I got was excuses and snarky responses like "the driver has multiple orders." Stating the obvious is rude and unhelpful. No effort to get my name, order number, contact the driver. Zero help. If the order is marked as delivered then it should be here.Zero stars for zero effort.Save yourselves the problems and just eat somewhere else.The driver arrived about an hour after I placed the order and he was very pleasant. Maybe he could teach the person on the phone how to be kind and helpful.

Service and atmosphere was great. Ham and cheese sub had literally 3 thin slices of ham on it for a regular size sub. Very disappointing; will stick with Subways in the future.

By far the dirtiest Jimmy John’s I have ever visited. None of the tables had been cleaned, everything was sticky (floor, tables, counter, straw and lid holder). Couldn’t even wipe my table down.. no napkins put out anywhere.

This was a terrible experience. As I was walking in all 3 employees were sitting outside, 1 smoking. 2 of them finally stood up to come inside after I've been standing at the counter and rudely stared at me to order. The one making my food was smoking a cigarette outside and did not wash his hands after returning inside. Customer service was terrible, sub was mediocre at best. Would not recommend

Should've looked up this location's reviews. I got suckered in thinking it would be "freaky fast". Instead I got crying kids and other angry patrons while we waited 30 mins for a ham sandwich. Absolute trash. We will not be coming back here and unless you have time to waste I would recommend you avoid it as well. There's a Jersey Mike's across the street and a fresh cheese steak from there would have been twice as fast.

This location does not have a drive-through first of all second of all when I went inside to order no one wanted to help me, which is why I wanted to drive through to begin with. When someone finally approached the counter, I ordered three menu sandwiches no modifications. I also asked for three ranches. I needed to hit the road to beat traffic, and when I got home, there were no ranches in the bag even though the cashier who helped me needed a manager for assistance, and the manager repeated my order back to me. I really hope this wasn't an instance of the employees not wanting to take the time to make a new batch of some thing. Especially considering this location is off a busy highway.

This is my second time trying to order from DoorDash and my order was canceled again because they had no driver.Correct me if I’m wrong, but restaurants can go offline for DoorDash if there’s an issue. I’m not sure why this one in particular choose to stay open knowing delivery wasn’t an option.

When I moved from San Diego I had a really good sandwich shop there. So, when we moved to Virginia Beach, I saw a Jimmy John's on North Hampton Blvd. The service and food was good. That was 2018. The service started to go down and the food too. So, I started going to Jersey Mike's. This past Friday I went back to Jimmy John's to see if they have improved their service and food. NOPE!! I ordered a Vito, it was really bad. I am going back to Jersey Mike's. Thank you
