Almost gave it 3 years to come back. Crazy crowded. I'd asked a couple about the fried chicken and they said that it was better than Popeye's. I like Popeye's. It has that taste. I'd waited in line for about 10 minutes and sat down and waited another 45 minutes. Was it worth the wait? Well, I had to go back up to get my ube pie which was pretty good. The spicy chicken was all right with the gravy and adobo rice. Would I go back? Check back with me in about 3 years.
101623 - I see good reviews online, but it may be the location that's bad.
I'm not here to bash any places or any people. When I feel like I'm being mistreated, I may say so from time to time. Case in point. I was with my friend and I'd wanted some spicy fried chicken at 1pm and the cashier said they were out. 1pm!??!? This is what they're known for. My friend had a chicken sandwich and wanted to throw it up. Sad sad place to eat. I don't know if it's because I'm not from the Philippines or they were just hatin' on me. Anywho, I will not be going back!
Went during weekend and the waiting for your order is crazy! We watch the lady who packed the food and they need help, management need to look on this.

I just don't understand the hype. Everything, except the French fries, was extremely salty! No other flavor, just salt. The crunch on the chicken is fantastic, but it isn't properly seasoned. The gravy is meh. Just not for me. And waited is horrendous, especially for food that doesn't taste good! Except the French fries. Those were actually good. Overall, disappointing

Overcrowded, terrible parking lot with no turn around spots, and the ridiculous wait for a place that’s it takes longer than 90% of restaurants. You place an order online and 1 hour later it is still not ready for pickup.

I ordered in during my stay via Uber Eats. 3pc with two sides and both dessert pies. The Ube pie is very filling to the appetite with an intriguing flavor, not too sweet but just enough. The peach mango, is a 10/10 with the perfect sweetness and I can see why it's so popular. The chicken has a nice crunch to the skin and tender, dipping it in the gravy is what makes it. I liked the Adobo rice, seasoned well and I think there was pieces of meat in it. Definitely a spot to checkout before you leave. Next time I'll try dining in.

I have never been sold raw chicken and been told I was wrong. I understand accidents happen but to tell the customer they are wrong when it’s blatantly still gelatinous and translucent pink is beyond horrible customer service. Jollibee used to my favorite place but this changes things.
My first time trying this place was quite interesting. I had no idea that is was Phillipino inspired food. I always ask what the cashier or waitress recommends and get that. I got the 2 piece spicy ckn with the sides of spaghetti and Phillipino rice. The spaghetti surprised me a bit, because it really has a green peppery taste to it. I do not care for sweet peppers mixed with pasta and that is a personal preference. You may like sweet spaghetti, but I do not. Overall, 4 stars because of that and the floors were a bit dirty. Sure it was the lunch rush, but I expect a clean restaurant when eating. It is worth a try if it intrigues you.

Tried Jolibee again for different experience. This time around was a game changer, staff was friendly and we (brought my 2 daughters) and wad empressed how they consumed every bite of out fried dinner with adobo rice and mashed potatoes w gravy. Ube pie was hot and steamy still. Va Beach has come along way. Thanks for taking on this area and dominating the fried chickhen market. We absolutely loved it! Had to bring the misis a 2 piece orig w spaghetti! She loved it! Thanks Jolibee We will be back!
