Sucks when the food is decent but the customer service is so poor. Walk in no greeting just a "YEAH" from the girl at the register. She gives me the bag I say thanks have a nice day and she just walks away. Horrible customer service.

Terrible speed and service. We were the only customers in the store but it took 20 minutes to make 4 subs. Three employees were in the store but only one guy making subs. He gets to the last one and dropped it on the floor and has the nerve to ask if f I want it remade or not!!! SMH. Will never return. Very dissatisfied as a first timer.

The subs are top tier. The bread is made fresh daily. the fries is one of my favorite items on the menu, I never share, they are ALWAYS fresh and hot!!! I always order the Italian foot long, but the steak bomb is good. They offer a veggie sub as well, and you can have any sub made into a salad. The customer service is always great, and the staff always have a smile on their face. 10/10

I pass this place all the time and finally decided to try it for lunch. The reviews looked pretty impressive so I thought why not give it a shot? Walked in, no other customers but there were 3 associates behind the counter talking amongst themselves. No one greeted me when I came in. The young lady who took my order was nice after placed my order. The restaurant looked pretty clean and well kept, so that was a plus. I ordered the steak sub and that was just okay in my opinion. The steak lacked seasoning and was a little dry. There was barely any cheese on it. The "loaded fries" consisted of bacon and cheddar cheese on what tasted and looked like reheated fries. Possibly I came in on an off day for them. I'll give them a try again, but it won't be any time soon.
Online order, followed the directions. We both chose Cheddar cheese. It was a choice! Arrive at appointed time to find they didn't make the sandwiches. They said they don't have cheddar cheese. I am frustrated as we are on our way to the airport, on a tight schedule. They did make the sandwiches with an alternate cheese and were quick about it. Make sure you call and verify if you want anything other than the standard. I asked "Why didn't you contact me?", but got no answer. Hopefully the sandwiches are good. We'll be eating them in Chicago...

The service was excellent. It was my first time being there and it was a little hard to read the menu. After I ordered I then noticed something I would have preferred. The sandwich was good but not as good as I was expecting for the price.
