I ordered the sea food boil not much flavor. Crab legs was ok that didn’t bring any pliers to break the shell jut an extra small fork. Not much help. Shrimp had no taste and was small compared to others I have eaten at nearby. It took us over an hour to get our food around 8pm not a real busy time. The waitress never brought an orange crush that I ordered she was terrible. The couple sitting across from us ask us how our food was and said that there’s was terrible too was also complaining about not having anything to crack the crab leg’s with . Much better food and service just down the beach on the pier.

My kids and I ate here on our second night at the beach. Before we left THEY HAD to double back. Although it was breakfast time at 9am , the staff was so GREAT they prepared everything we wanted off of the lunch menu. Waitress was the best. She packed us up nicely and even brought us some drinks for the road (we didn’t think to ask for them but she was definitely being thoughtful). I would recommend this restaurant as one to visit and I will be back.

We were so glad to find Jumpin Shrimp on our last night in Virginia Beach. It was about a half mile walk along the boardwalk from our hotel and was such a great find. I had the Baja Shrimp Tacos and they were SO good and had great toppings on them. It was the perfect pre-race meal before my half marathon. They do have inside and outside seating, but the night we went it was pretty cool out so we sat inside. We will be back again for sure when we come back next year!

Seafood was not seasoned much I had to ask for more seasoning. We were a large group of 12 and we came during the week mid day so it was not busy. The waiter did not keep our drinks filled. We had to keep getting his attention when we needed something. Not too much of a big deal until we saw that each ticket had an automatic 20% gratuity added!! That is why I don't like automatic gratuity. I don't mind tipping but when it's automatic I feel like some waiters don't work as hard because they already know they are getting a tip.

While staying at Four Points by Sheraton Virginia Beach, we had the pleasure of dining at Jumpin’ Shrimp. Located conveniently onsite and boardwalk side, the restaurant was tidy, offered indoor & patio seating and a variety of menu items. The highlight of our dinner was both the lumpia (locally made Filipino egg rolls with Thai chili sauce) and the fish tacos served with Parmesan fries. All dishes were fresh and flavorful. The highlight was hands down our server, Ivan! He was welcoming, offered great suggestions and worked diligently to seat, serve and bartend. We will definitely return!!

I didn't take photos because my phone died. My daughter did take pictures.The problem wasn't with the taste of the food. The food was pretty good.The problem was the piece of fish was small and there was only 3 shrimp and three pieces of fried oysters.?

Just came here with my wife for our son's first birthday and the food was phenomenal!!! Lisa was our server and she was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend the Scallop plate/platter they're the best! Decent expensive food. Try Marys on 17th street. Half price. The waitress named Susan pointed her finger in my face. Unacceptable. You are a number according to management. Get your overpriced food and go back to where you came from.
