Great customer service, not sure if she's the general manager or assistant or shift lead but who ever was in change on Monday july 14th was so sweet. I placed my mobile order at the wrong location when i was literally in front of a kfc. tried with the app but they said contact the store. i just wanted my order fresh when i got there since it was far away and they happily remade it for me.
It was my mistake and if they didn't remake it i would've accepted it because it was my fault. So they didn't have to do that and i appreciate it.
Good customer service at fast food restaurants are really spare these days, so the good ones deserve the recognition.

My friend and I stopped by on Friday, June 13, 2025. The food was fresh, delicious and hot, but it was the staff that gets 5 stars. The women working that afternoon were so courteous and friendly. They made us feel like old friends who had come to visit.

I walked in for takeout because I don't like driving thru. I almost walked out, and I was the only one there. My husband is a fan. I'm not. Crispy Chicken was really over cooked, but macaroni and cheese was awesome 👌🏽 Next time, I'll skip the chicken and go with the double mac n cheese with coleslaw and biscuits. I am so grateful for the awesome customer service once she did appear, though.

Went there on a Friday night at 7:15pm and was told I couldn't get a 16 piece family combo extra crispy because they didn't have enough already cooked and they were done cooking for the night!

Extremely unprofessional crew we came an hour before closing and they said no to cooking our food. They said all they had were wings?! Lost our business and our money. They obviously started closing before closing time so they could just sit around on company time. This place needs better management.
I don't know what happened. We used to love this location. Disappointed this time though. The floor was sticky, toilet seat broken (my daughter almost fell off), staff had butt length hair NOT pulled back and no hair net, no greeting or acknowledgement when we entered. Worst of all, the classic chicken sandwiches were tough,dry and very hard to chew. We didn't want to be like a Karen, so we just ate it although it was not as enjoyable as our other experiences. I decided to go this route with my complaint. Thank you for your time.

Just got the chicken bowl, General Booth location, chicken was overcooked and tough, this was about 3 hours ago and now we really don’t feel good at all!!! Usually other than being too salty it’s ok, won’t be going back any time soon!!!
