Extremely unprofessional crew we came an hour before closing and they said no to cooking our food. They said all they had were wings?! Lost our business and our money. They obviously started closing before closing time so they could just sit around on company time. This place needs better management.

I don't know what happened. We used to love this location. Disappointed this time though. The floor was sticky, toilet seat broken (my daughter almost fell off), staff had butt length hair NOT pulled back and no hair net, no greeting or acknowledgement when we entered. Worst of all, the classic chicken sandwiches were tough,dry and very hard to chew. We didn't want to be like a Karen, so we just ate it although it was not as enjoyable as our other experiences. I decided to go this route with my complaint. Thank you for your time.

Just got the chicken bowl, General Booth location, chicken was overcooked and tough, this was about 3 hours ago and now we really don’t feel good at all!!! Usually other than being too salty it’s ok, won’t be going back any time soon!!!

I had 4 pieces of Chicken to go. The service was amazing and the staff at KFC was amazing. The chicken inside is nice and delicious and juicy and has a good amount of crispy. I thank the cooks that know how to cook fried chicken and get French fries That is so amazing. You have got to love that KFC! I can't wait to come back in the future! Thank you, KFC!

This is the worst location of KFC ever in Virginia Beach. Don't go here. They never have the items that are for sale on the menu and when they do have them they're going to be old. I never had mashed potatoes that had hard stuff all through out of it because they served old mashed potatoes and put gravy right on top. They never have everything that's available on the menu. Worst location ever

I'm an Ole timer, and not real good at tech stuff like phones, computers, microwaves etc. etc, etc. The young lady behind the counter was very kind and patient. She even took the time to teach me how to use the app on my phone. That's being helpful above and beyond. It's been a good long while since the last time I ate there. She made it worth it. I'll go back because of her.thank you

Horrible customer service. Dude at drive thru taking orders kept rushing me and my family. Ordered a kids meal and kept rushing it while I'm trying to tell him the rest of the order kept acting like it was the last thing. Horrible service idk why I even went there to begin with the food is awful l. Havnt had good food there since 2010. Should be shut down for cleanliness.

This restaurant needs some serious change in staff and management. No one who works here is ever friendly or inviting. I always feel unwelcome. When using the app to order food, we are always left waiting 30-45 minutes past the time the app says our food is ready for pick up. They prioritize the drive thru only. Even when we order in store, our wait is insane. Don't think we will ever come back to this location unless they make some serious changes. And our order is never correct . This place was good about 4 years ago but has just seriously gone downhill.
