The dining room was closed, and the lights were dim, which made it look like the whole place was already shut down—even though it was still two hours before closing. The staff seemed like they were ready to call it a night, and it showed.
The food was a huge disappointment. The chicken pieces were tiny and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The fries were terrible, and the mashed potatoes came with dark, old-looking gravy. Overall, the meal was a complete mess.
On top of that, the prices were way too high for fast food. Not worth it at all.

Made an online order just to come into the restaurant to find out that it wasn’t ready on time and ran out of white meat for the night. The worker said that they only have dark meat but that is not what I ordered. Then when I asked could they cancel the order, she said that I had to cancel it through the app. In the app, the person that made the order has their contact information available so if you ran out of something then why wouldn’t you use the contact number provided. This is unacceptable and will NEVER come back to particular KFC. This is ridiculous!

This is the only KFC location that I eat. Every time I come the food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly! The manager always has a friendly spirit and is eager to help! Great option when you don’t want to cook dinner. :)

One star is even too much. Paid 40$ for a family meal and the chicken was dry and skin was hard as a rock and burned. We drive from laskin to get dinner and when called to tell the manager she was rude and didn’t seem concerned at all and told me I had to bring everything back to the store. I wouldn’t even give my dog this food. We will never be back.
Best experience we have ever had at a KFC. The gentlemen who was taking our orders (Jaimson) was amazing. He was taking orders, preparing food all while there was a line inside and a line wrapped outside the building in the driveway! Thank you so much Jaimson for your great customer service.

Great customer service, not sure if she's the general manager or assistant or shift lead but who ever was in change on Monday july 14th was so sweet. I placed my mobile order at the wrong location when i was literally in front of a kfc. tried with the app but they said contact the store. i just wanted my order fresh when i got there since it was far away and they happily remade it for me.
It was my mistake and if they didn't remake it i would've accepted it because it was my fault. So they didn't have to do that and i appreciate it.
Good customer service at fast food restaurants are really spare these days, so the good ones deserve the recognition.
