This location doesn't like accept coupons. I tried using a coupon today for ANY box meal for $8.99. When I ordered crispy white meat, I was told there was an upcharge for white meat. No other location charges an upcharge for white meat. The manager is rude most of the time, acts as if she doesn't like her job. I will never go to this KFC on Virginia Beach Blvd again. I had other bad experiences before. I cancelled my order and left upset. Don't use this location, the Holland Road store is cleaner and friendly employees.

My Experience at KFC Drive-Thru – Disappointed and Frustrated

Today, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences at the KFC drive-thru. From the moment we tried to place our order, the cashier’s tone was dismissive and unwelcoming—like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude was unprofessional and her customer service was nonexistent.

We asked for the price of a two-piece meal, and instead of answering, she told us to drive around. I couldn’t see the menu clearly, so I asked again for the price. Her response was laced with attitude and frustration, making it clear she had no interest in helping us. I work in hospitality myself, and I know firsthand that this is not how a company should represent its brand.

The cashier was an African American woman with blonde hair—I didn’t catch her name, but her behavior left a lasting impression. I ended up leaving without placing an order and took my business elsewhere. I refuse to support an establishment that tolerates such poor treatment of customers.

I will be sharing this experience publicly because I believe in holding businesses accountable. Respect and professionalism should never be optional.

I went all the way across town to get some fried chicken from here due to so many kfc closures, expecting to get some fresh chicken being they were busy but I guess I ended up with yesterday’s food. My biscuits were like they were reheated so it’s hard as a rock my chicken was dry and old with a bad oil taste. I was so disappointed especially when I called and told them what I had I didn’t really get a great response back. I ended up throwing the whole box away because It was not edible. I will never return to this particular KFC. As of right now, Holland Road has the best chicken so far and they make sure it’s fresh when you get it. I hate the fact that I had to put a bad Review but I spent my money and couldn’t even eat the food,

I was excited to order the spicy wings with wedges, but I was very disappointed. The wings tasted old and the wedges were moist and not like the ones I remember. A huge waste of money. I won’t be ordering from this KFC ever again. THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW STAFF!!!!!!!!!

I asked for a number 11 got a complete wrong order was overcharged. Cannot call this location. Something’s wrong with the phone. It’s been like that for a long time. I had another issue months back and they were the problem with the phones. They didn’t give me a receipt And it almost seemed like something shady was going on.

4:30 pm got the 20 family deal, 7 pieces of chicken all old, dry, and definitely past its quality time. $22 something dollars for dried up chicken! And as I'm sitting at the window waiting for my food, the associates were discussing a problem another customer behind me had with their order..negatively.
With all the choices available, I'm highly disappointed I wasted my money here. Better off just going to Walmart and buying their old $2.87 clearance chicken...it tasted just like that dry and choke worthy
