Service is always pleasant. The bread on my chicken little tasted old like it had been in the freezer for a year. The chicken had a lot of pepper in the skin.
For the price yall can do much better.
Fresh bread please less pepper in the mix.

Decided to grab my children KFC nuggests for dinner tonight. The Lady/or little girl in the drive through was EXTREMELY rude for NO apparent reason. She is Brown skin with dreads wears glasses and few face piercing. MAYBE they were overwhelmed for the short staff and the order of 36 nuggets (easy) they were not busy. Most importantly she placed my food inside the bags improper. My nuggets were falling outside of the box. I did mention to her she needs to work on improving her customer service as she was handing me my food. I dread coming to this KFC but it's the only one near by. This location seems like no one appreciate their job they chose.If management was on duty this would have never happened.

This location needs new help. We have had several horrible experiences here. Tonight was the worst. We ordered on the app, went to pick up the order and half of it was missing. They put the biscuits in the chicken box which made them soggy. We had to go back for the missing part of the order. The two women working tonight 2/21/25 were very rude on the phone and when we went back to pick up the missing part of the order, the woman handed my husband the bag and he hadn’t even said that is what he was there for and asked her what she was giving him. She did not answer but said just take it and closed the window. She was rude. The man working inside tonight was nice and respectful, the women, not so much. I have owned businesses most of my life and this rude person would not make this mistake twice, she would be relieved of her position to make room for someone who appreciated their job. They have lost our business. I hope management sees this and if you do you need to find better help. Attitude does not sell chicken!

Amazing customer service. They were crazy busy and an hour from closing but I asked if we wait if they'd be able to drop some dark meat. She said she could drop crispy only which was totally fine by us. This is the best spot in the area. Super impressived. These folks should be recognized for their efforts and customer service!!
The girl taking my order was very condescending and rude. We decided not to eat there.

Floor and tables are always dirty. The employees hate their job and apparently hate the customers as well. Food is awful and the soda machine is a joke. Will not be returning.

The service at the window was exceptional and the girl who assisted me was so nice and polite so this is in NO WAY about her. But my food is horrible. There was so much grease at the bottom of my chicken and every piece of chicken was oily to the point where the skin came off. The chicken was falling apart and not even in a good way. I feel like I wasted money.

Didn't even get a chance to order. Person behind counter served who she wanted. Paid no attention to the line. People were waiting when I arrived. Lady came in cut infront of everyone and was served. Gentleman in front of me was told to wait a minute. She turned away to talk to a co worker when someone else approached the counter. She then took their order. My daughter asked if the man had ordered. He said no she hadn't taken it yet. Others coming in heard him. When the third cusomer came in and walked to the counter, and was approached by the worker for her order, we let it be known that there were others waiting before her. She said oh well and took her order. 5 of us who had been waiting left. I don't mind waiting, but to be selective of who you serve leaves a bad taste in everybody's mouth. Unbelievable.
Dear KFC Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. Today, I went to pick up a delivery order for Uber Eats—a simple 10-piece nugget and a Chicken Little. I understand that preparing orders can take a bit of time, but I was surprised that it took around 30 minutes for such a small order to be completed.
What added to the frustration was seeing that several staff members appeared to be avoiding the task rather than completing it. I could see that the manager was doing her best to handle the situation, and I truly sympathize with her. However, it was disappointing to witness the lack of effort from some of the team members.

The workers never give the sauces I ordered and my autistic son refuses to eat his nuggets without sauce. This is deeply troubling, especially because no matter how many times I ask them or try to remind them, nothing ever changes. Please see to it that you hire some more competent workers. Maybe ones that realize just how big of a struggle it is to find something to feed my son, whose pickiness is often troubling. When I do get my sauces (on the rare occasion), they are always half empty or quite literally thrown at me as if the people there could not care less about my disabled son. On top of that, I have been rudely regarded more than a few times. HIRE MORE COMPETENT WORKERS NOW!!

All these DoorDash and Uber delivery people were being all rude to the workers, but the workers didn’t give into it. Even after the rushing and disrespect Arshima still held her composure and helped where she could. Props to her.
