There needs to be a ZERO star option!! This was the absolute worst! I ordered a 2 pc(2thighs) original meal I received a leg,thigh meal with chicken so old the original recipe was extra crispy! I also ordered a bowl and it had 4.5 pieces of chicken… This is not the KFC that I grew up eating! I threw my meal in the trash! Tried calling line just rang! Doubt if they care because if they did I wouldn’t have been served that horrible quality of food

Chicken is KFC. No issue there. Counter help is typically friendly.Im not sure how its possible to constantly be out of the only food item you serve though. I dont think I have ever been here when either crispy or original was not ready to go. (Mostly go in evening / dinner time for reference)It seems to be a surprise to the managers that while they are open they need to have chicken ready to serve. Bafflng!!

The owner or manager needs to seriously pay to clean the lines of the drink machine. The drinks taste so bad, they must be filthy. Otherwise good food and friendly staff.

Stopped by for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised that I received a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant. The senior cashier "Team Member" was very friendly. I ordered a freshly cooked order of 8-spicy wings, she relayed my request to the fryer "Team Member" and without hesitation my order was dropped in the fryer. The dining room was very clean, all tables and that includes the fountain area. I noticed the Manager communicating very respectfully with her "Team". If you're in the area stop by enjoy your meal and leave a review. The SPICY WINGS are BACK just in time for game season!

I ordered on line for pick up. When I got there they claimed I had already picked up my order. I said no, just look at your security videos. I have not been in here. Then the manager said “I will make an exception this time”. An exception for what??? I never picked up my food?Then they prepared my order and I was on my wayWhen I got home, there was a luggie (spit) in my foodI will never go there again

We got the new fill-up box. Quick and easy pick up for lunch or dinner. In the box were 4 pieces of chicken 1 thigh 1, breast 1 wing 1 leg, popcorn chicken bites, fries, and 4 biscuits and 4-5 different sauces all placed neatly in this flat box. It was GOOD.

Worst KFC ever. I remember not liking KFC anyway but one fine night I decided I am craving for fried chicken and decided to go to this KFC for a bucket. I preordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. I pull up at the pickup window and they say that they will need 35mins to make my order. It was 10pm and I didn’t want to wait that long. It was a $15 order so I said can you just give me whatever you have? Like nuggets or anything? They refused and said we can’t change orders and can’t give you anything. And asked me to cancel my order on the app. I was like ‘why can’t you cancel it’? There response was ‘we can’t’ and gave me a number to call. I was like WTH! I mean first of all, at 10pm, you can’t feel someone who is hungry with some food? I was sooo surprised with the incompetence. If they didn’t have my food available.. they should’ve just called me to let me know. I placed an order at 9:30 and got there at 10pm to pickup. They didn’t get it ready and at 10pm told me that they will need 30mins to get it ready. What were you doing after you received my order? Waiting for me to show up just so that you can deny me service on my face? Argh! KFC sucks. Will never go there again. Go to Wendy’s and get chicken nuggets instead!
