Wish I can give them Zero stars. Came through the drive thru to order my dinner it was an older black with dark finger nails messed up my simple order and when I try to correct it he wasn’t friendly and very and very unprofessional. So I came inside and requested to speak to the GM a young mix lady went to get him and a mid age white man said he was I ask for his name he refused to give me his name and refused to correct order and refused refund so I told him I’m calling corporate then he proceeded to fix order… worst KFC ever

I go to this location all the time. But tonight 11/4 was a problem. I order my food, I pay for it and then am told they dont have what I ordered and dont do refunds. Then I choose the chicken little sandwich which they had to make fresh. I waited. When I recieved my meal, there was no biscuit, no straw and they smothered both my sandwiches in massive amounts of mayo. Unacceptable

I ordered original recipe and it did not taste like kfc at all. It tasted like the local grocery stores fried chicken that I sometimes buy. I'm very disappointed and I won't be going to that location anytime soon. It's too costly to not be satisfied
It was a horrible experience, the place was freezing cold, the chicken was old and not fresh at all and the service was extremely slow. This makes it apparent that customer service is not important or considered.
Stopped to buy the Tuesday $20 meal with 2 family size sides. Got home and there was no gravy included. Went back with receipt to get gravy. No apology, no nothing. The family size side of potatoes did not have very many potatoes in it.

Just left this place and had a disappointing experience. We received our order and noticed a missing side of mac and cheese. When we circled back to let them know, the staff actually asked my wife if she had checked the bag—as if it was our responsibility to catch their mistake. Seriously? That level of customer service is unacceptable. What happened to double-checking orders before handing them out? It’s frustrating when you pay for something and still have to deal with this kind of attitude.
