These days it’s rare to get outstanding service, polite staff, and sense of urgency like this location. A young woman (I think her name was Nya) was rubbing the driver thru, and from what I saw also helping front counter, and run food. Her attitude was outstanding, Ava’s very professional. Also I forgot the managers name, but he looked like he was doing a million things at once as well, and still maintaining a great attitude! When we got home, the chicken was delicious, biscuits were soft, everything perfect! I had to call them when I got home.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with nobody taking orders. Decided to come inside thinking it was a system issue but it was just the staff not paying attention. The person that was behind me came in asking what’s going on and the two gentleman looked at her but never responded. Super unprofessional, rude and they were more busy joking around with themselves than having customer service. The way they acted makes me not want to come here again. The poor woman asking questions was clearly frustrated and they did not care.

There’s always an excuse as to why this location is so slow. Today it was “we have a lot of orders” My mobile order said “ready” I get there, the employee tells me 10 more mins. All you’re doing is throwing chicken in a bucket! What is so difficult!

How do you give someone old chicken at 12 noon? This place is horrible. My wife went the other night with our granddaughter and waited almost an hour for chicken only to be told they forgot her order. Now today giving them another chance they gave me old chicken during the lunch hour. The staff here needs to replaced asap! Never again

Waited 25 mins for pickup order tonight and this was not the first time. Cpl weeks ago waited at least 15.. I'm done coming here. I literally watched the workers throwing stuff at each other bullshitting around tonight.. only one other customer inside so they weren't even busy at all.. need new staff at this location asap during night hours.

The manager (Josh) does not communicate with customers, you have to use kiosk and pay. He then says no chicken until next week. Refuses to refund. A sign should be put on door!! Nope. And no refund of my $43.00. So I said I’d have to call the police then to get my refund, and he laughed hysterically “because you get no refund?” and repeated over and over to his 2 employees so they all could laugh loudly. Very rude. Very unprofessional. No managerial skills.
Octavia was terrific (serving the window) and she should replace him as manager. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ She has grace and can multitask.

I barely go to the kfc but since i was in the area and was hungry i decided to eat here , i pull off and i have no silverware for my food , no dipping sauce for my strips mind u the window lady asked what sauce just didn't put in my bag i bit my chicken it was cold biscuit was rock hard i went back for refund but they don't issue refunds but one thing i was impressed with they did replace my order fast and supply my dipping sauce and fork

I ordered some $30 deal meals bucket. Biscuits are hard and the chicken tenders too. The sides are gross because when I came home to feed my kids there was a stands of hair in my mashed potatoes so I just throw it in the trash. Tried to call them but no answer .

Rude, argumentative drive-thru cashier talked over me because she couldn't hear through the microphone. If you're having a bad day, take it out on yourself, not customers. Don't tell me I didn't say something I said 3 times. She didn't give me my receipt either.

We ordered a 16 piece meal. We ordered at 5:30 thinking it would by ready by 6:00. We were told 5:55pm. Was it ready? Nope. We had to wait an extra 20 mins. The employees are very slow getting the meals ready.

Drive thru closed. Went inside to place order, and they don't have crispy chicken available, no French fries available and no green beans available!?!? This was told to us after the order was placed and paid for! Just to be told this is non-refundable???!!!!!! Terrible business etiquette!
