I ordered some $30 deal meals bucket. Biscuits are hard and the chicken tenders too. The sides are gross because when I came home to feed my kids there was a stands of hair in my mashed potatoes so I just throw it in the trash. Tried to call them but no answer .
Rude, argumentative drive-thru cashier talked over me because she couldn't hear through the microphone. If you're having a bad day, take it out on yourself, not customers. Don't tell me I didn't say something I said 3 times. She didn't give me my receipt either.

We ordered a 16 piece meal. We ordered at 5:30 thinking it would by ready by 6:00. We were told 5:55pm. Was it ready? Nope. We had to wait an extra 20 mins. The employees are very slow getting the meals ready.

Drive thru closed. Went inside to place order, and they don't have crispy chicken available, no French fries available and no green beans available!?!? This was told to us after the order was placed and paid for! Just to be told this is non-refundable???!!!!!! Terrible business etiquette!

It is so cold inside the premises that we did not return! The children say they don't want to go in because of the cold! We went to another KFC and the cold took us out ??? We came from the beach and bought but no one came down! Everyone complained about the cold ? ?. It would be better to eat there but it's impossible! ??? We ate two prey and ran away from the cold ?.. ??

This place need the health department called on them. The dining room is absolutely disgusting. I took a baby wipe to the table and it was black. There looks to be mold all under benches. I would hate to imagine what the back where they cook our food looks like if that’s what the front looks like. We left before even ordering food.

I ordered extra crispy as an online pickup order to ensure exactly what was requestd for my family was recieved. l then received a phone call while on my way to pick it up that extra crispy was out of stock. I asked again when I arrived and was informed that extra crispy was out of stock and the employee was told they were not allowed to make anymore extra crispy which coincides with saying out of stock. It was 8:30pm.. I am well aware that extra crispy means a few more minutes in the fryer, so my order was clearly ignored due to laziness. Will not be back or reccomened
Did a Online order, was told it would be ready at 5:15 pm, I expect some variations in time of course I arrive 30 mins later at 5:15, they ask if I want to order, I say no I did a Online order, they look at the screen and say we'll get started on that now, 30 mins later I get my food, missing cravy for mash potatoes and chicken was way over cooked and you could tell the oil was not fresh. Never again.

Food salty and not fresh. Asked for 3 wings and a biscuit. Was told they no longer sell wings only. I was told, that I could order a 3 piece combo and get 2 wings and a breast or 2 wings and a thigh. I decided on the 2 piece wing and breast combo. The cost was $7.89. When I got to the window, I was charge almost $11. When I inquired about the total cost, I was told that there is an upcharge for white meat and the price i saw was for a dark combo. I told her that I wasn't told that when I placed the order. I waited for my total and was told to pull up to the window and I would be given my total. I should have been given my total when I placed my order and then I could have decided whether I wanted to place the order. I do not plan to frequent that KFC again. It was 12:45 pm and the chicken was salty and dried out. Should have been fresh that time of day. KFC's quality has really gone down.Drive-thru
