Absolutely unacceptable. They confirmed my order more than once and still managed to give me the wrong food. What’s the point of double checking if nothing is actually checked? I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, which made it even more frustrating. Wasted time, wasted money, and zero accountability. This place seriously needs to do better.

KFC should be ashamed for what they are serving customers. Ordered two chicken pot pies and wings to go for dinner tonight. Got home open the box my pinky finger was bigger then the largest wing and the pot pie had one small piece of chicken in both pies. I will never eat from another KFC until they cherish their patrons.

Pot pie was very, very good. Especially on a chilly night. Ordered 10 of the applie pie bites, but only got the 4 count. Its ok, we didnt pay for 10 and maybe its a good thing! 'Cause I'm sure as good as they were, we'd have eaten every last one!

I received my order quickly and everything I ordered was there. I ordered online. However, when my wife and I tried it, we both thought the chicken was somewhat too oily and too salty compared to KFC we have eaten in the past. Disappointing.

They got my order order wrong and I had to go all the way back
I went through the drive-through just before 4pm on Sept 30, 2025, and got the $10 Tuesday Special8-piece chicken bucket and some potato wedges. Both the chicken and potato wedges were dried out like they had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. They weren’t inedible, but they were far from juicy and delicious. The skin on this Original Recipe chicken wasn’t even close to as good as I’m used to getting. I guess you get what you pay for with an 8-piece $10 special. I tried to call and talk to a manager TWICE, but got disconnected while on hold.

These days it’s rare to get outstanding service, polite staff, and sense of urgency like this location. A young woman (I think her name was Nya) was rubbing the driver thru, and from what I saw also helping front counter, and run food. Her attitude was outstanding, Ava’s very professional. Also I forgot the managers name, but he looked like he was doing a million things at once as well, and still maintaining a great attitude! When we got home, the chicken was delicious, biscuits were soft, everything perfect! I had to call them when I got home.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with nobody taking orders. Decided to come inside thinking it was a system issue but it was just the staff not paying attention. The person that was behind me came in asking what’s going on and the two gentleman looked at her but never responded. Super unprofessional, rude and they were more busy joking around with themselves than having customer service. The way they acted makes me not want to come here again. The poor woman asking questions was clearly frustrated and they did not care.
