My husband ordered a chicken sandwich around 1pm today for takeout. He watched the lady preparing the food in the back as there was a pretty long wait. She dropped the chicken patty on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and put his sandwich together with it. She wrapped everything up and brought him his bag. He said you're serious that you're going to give that to me? She acted like she didn't know. He said you know what you did I saw it. She apologized and turned back to go make another one. He looks away as she's making it and a man standing next to him taps him and tells him she just dropped it again. At that point it had been 30 mins of waiting and he asked for a refund. Was treated like he was the problem. This is absurd corporate needs to get involved over here before this location goes out of business. Y'all trying to get somebody sick.

Typical fast-food, But I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the food prep area. The lobby area was ok The tables looked clean but the floor and common area could use more attention. I didn't go into the restroom judging by the other areas I felt it would be a waste of my time. Definitely my last time visiting this location!!

Did a mobile order, thought it would be quicker. Ha, not. To top it off my food was ready and waiting, just not in the mobile pick up. When I asked at the counter I was told to wait. After getting another customers order she checked and order sitting behind the counter and asked about it and low and behold it was mine. Not in the mobile pick up area where it should have been. At least this time they had chicken. Last time I tried to order fried chicken I was told they were out. How can a KFC be out of chicken.

I waited about 30 minutes at the drive-thru for my order. It was supposed to be a 12 piece, all dark original. When I got home, I realized I only received 10 pieces. I've called three times, and no one is answering the phone. This is the worst customer service ever.

Why is it closed at 9:30 at night and they are supposed to close at 10:30 pm? The service is also slow because of the fan because they don’t want to cook and they want to go home early it seems disrespectful to me, so they should close the place definitively if people don’t want to work!!! I’m very angry! And my husband too!
