Husband and I stopped here on our way home to grab a bite to eat because I was really craving some saucy Korean bbq nuggets. Wait time took a while and by the time we finally get home I’m hungry and ready to eat. Not thinking much of it I start to dig in thinking I’m about to bite into a delicious chicken nugget when lo and behold, my teeth come in contact with a bone 🦴 Apparently they gave me wings. I never ever get my order correct when I get KFC here.. I just wanted some nugs 😭 and the Korean bbq flavor is my favorite, it’s so good. Mind you, I have nothing against wings, but when you order nuggets one does not expect bones 💀💀 I’ve had my saucy nugs either given as a different flavor entirely, given plain nuggets with the sauce as a side condiment, or have had my nuggets left completely out of the order. I think if I’m going down Indian River I’ll just stick to McDonald’s for my nugget fix 🫠 (ps the stars for food is rated higher because Taco Bell is still good)

I ask for a 3 piece wings & a biscuit a female at the intercom told me that she couldn't serve me a 3-piece wings alone I never in my life heard of such a thing thanks to her KFC just lost a customer at this location.

When is the corporate office going to do something about kfc on Indian River rd they run out of chicken at 7 pm they are just giving customers what ever is left I ordered a wleg and thi and got a breast and and wing every time I go to this particular one it’s always something don’t know who manager is but you need to fire this is not an isolated situation it’s every time I go here and will be my last pollards chicken even taste better than kfc

I ordered on line it's supposed to be done by 6:30 pm and now it's 7:30 pm and still no food

Order 2 piece meal, biscuit was only thing edible Chicken was cold, Cole slaw had a weird smell definitely was expired and potatoes very pastee 🤢. Attempted to call to at least let them know to throw out that Cole slaw before someone gets sick, no one ever answered the phone. Will NEVER order from this location again EVER! Save your stomach and bypass!!

I placed an order from this Kentucky Fried chicken that closes at 12 midnight At 11:19 PM. To clarify 40 minutes before they close. My driver was told when they got to the window at 11:30 PM that KFC didn’t have any of my items. Which I found funny when the only item I ordered was chicken. Since when does KFC not have chicken. Moreover, why is the store closing 40 minutes before it’s scheduled to close. I think the general manager needs to get involved here because clearly somebody’s not doing what they’re supposed to do. Do not ever order from this location because if they behave this recklessly at night and disregard their customers to this extent, I can only imagine how they disregard their customers during the day. With as bad as the job market is right now you would think people would handle their jobs with care, but clearly whoever was irresponsible enough to close the store 40 minutes before it was due to close doesn’t want their job anymore.

I wish I could give no stars. It’s currently 11:10pm. Whoever the lady working in drive thru needs another job that she likes. I ordered online because 2 cars in the drive thru didn’t move for 20 minutes. I get to the speaker to let her know I ordered online and she is like “I don’t have your order!” Only to come back two minutes later with dead silence on the speaker to let me know they do have my order just no fries and no sweet tea, ok that’s cool but customer service is not her strong point put her on the grill or something definitely not the front line! No matter what you do, do it to perfection or fake it until you make it. It’s a lot of people out here that need a job I suggest KFC start recruiting. It’s ridiculous. I will never come here again. This happened to me twice will not make it a third time.

Ordered online. Food is currently 25 minutes late. Waiting on nuggets. Not a person has come inside to order in that time. Seen maybe 5 go through drive thru. Ridiculous. Update: French fries (or lack there of) were cold. Probably because they sat in the bag for 25 minutes waiting on the nuggets. Missing 1 sauce and no straws. Drive to the next nearest KFC. You will still have your food before this pace.

Tonight when I went there they seemed short- staffed so there was a slight wait time, but the food was worth it. The cashier at the window, Curtis, was very pleasant. He was taking orders and collecting payments at the window, making drinks, etc. but was not rude and kept his composure. Things like that make a difference. Thank you :)

I know people come here to complain but I'm not here for that. The beautiful lady at the register today made my day. I wasn't haven't a good day but when I walked in the door she made my day. She's the sweetest person I've seen today. I just wanted to bring some attention to her. I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

Don't waste your money. $25.00 for a 8 pieces of chicken. Only chicken. The chicken was over cooked and the fry oil tasted like it hadn't been changed in a very long time. Very very greasy. Will not be going to this place again.

My husband ordered a chicken sandwich around 1pm today for takeout. He watched the lady preparing the food in the back as there was a pretty long wait. She dropped the chicken patty on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and put his sandwich together with it. She wrapped everything up and brought him his bag. He said you're serious that you're going to give that to me? She acted like she didn't know. He said you know what you did I saw it. She apologized and turned back to go make another one. He looks away as she's making it and a man standing next to him taps him and tells him she just dropped it again. At that point it had been 30 mins of waiting and he asked for a refund. Was treated like he was the problem. This is absurd corporate needs to get involved over here before this location goes out of business. Y'all trying to get somebody sick.
