Took forever in the drive through to get my food. Several cars that were behind me ordered and left the line. Get all the way home after the long wait to see I'm missing biscuits bc they put 4 pieces if my chicken in the biscuit box. Then I had several breasts after asking for dark meat. Went back to get my biscuits and the inside was locked at not even 8pm... i kept pulling on the door showing my receipt until they finally told a customer to open it. They took a while bc they were being freshly made.. i guess... But there was another guy inside for missing items as well. They need help in there. Lots of it. I won't be returning.

Lobby closed early so had to go through drive thru. Speaker was extremely loud and crackling and made it difficult to understand the employee. I'm sure he was frustrated having to deal with everyone asking him to repeat himself but he still acted like a jerk.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a fast food place . Extremely rude , they act like it’s a problem that you are there and would always give an attitude when taking your order . Iv been living down the street from here for two years and the service has never changed . Ghetto would not recommend!!!!

Well you already know it's KFC you either like them or you don't. My chicken on this visit wasn't very good not sure if it was the time of day but i would recommend going around lunch time or early dinner time. Anything after dinner time (after 7 pm) Good luck! My chicken seemed like it had been just sitting around for awhile under some heat lamp or something. I would have taken my food back if i knew it would have been so awful but i was already home & too far to drive back. KFC your customers deserve better!

Very lazy employee bad deal I going she close kfc 11:00 am. No good all
So I ordered online and proceeded to the location. When I arrived I stepped out to go in but I was greeted by the locked doors. I walked to the single door wich was also locked. I looked into the window I saw two employees standing by looking right at me. I returned to my vehicle and proceeded to the drive thru only to find out that there is 4 other vehicles getting the same lack luster service we all sat there for about ten to fifteen minutes. The vehicles who were in front of me left without food or service. I pulled up to the window to find no one so blew the horn. Finally here comes someone I told the black male with glasses on that I ordered my food online he said he didn’t have it done and that he hadn’t pulled any orders from the register. Crazy thing is he looked up my name turned around grabbed an already done meal and handed it to me lol but I thought (quote) he didn’t pull any orders so how is my meal sitting bagged up on the counter. They use this place like a jungle gym
