On Friday night, we had a big group of runners that really wanted ice cream. Kilwins was closed, but they saw our group and let us in!
The girl that waited on us was awesome and patient. Very thankful! We are from Ohio and really enjoyed the ice cream. Highly recommend. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t and that is rare now a days. Next time we are in VA Beach we will definitely come back.

For it bieng my first time here I loved it I brought my family to try it with me and evytjing was so good I definitely recommend it when I went it I was lost until one of the employees called Sara helped out and made this easier im so glad that kilwins have her as an employee. There ice cream was so good 10/10 and don’t tell me about the chocolate pretzels because they were the best. 10/10 place and most definitely recommend coming here.

The posted closing time is not accurate. The "Fall" closing time posted on the window is 10 p.m. on Saturdays. On Google it is listed as 9 p.m. As we were walking up the sidewalk toward the business, an employee shuts & locks the door. It was 8:15 p.m.! So disappointing.

The ice cream here is always amazing. It is way better than Dairy Queen. I got the pumpkin pie ice cream flavor, but I can guarantee any flavor you get will taste delicious. I love that they keep their waffle cones heated and fresh as well. I highly recommend this place for ice cream.

This was one of our favorite ice cream places to go to when we were on vacation here. The young man at the counter that took care of us was very nice and efficient. Also the waffle cones here are the best, they come out warm and fresh. Definitely recommend!
This place is a real authentic dessert shop. I tried the ice cream and it’s well worth the price. I could immediately tell that this was not just another ice cream shop on the boardwalk. Definitely stop by!!

Delicious ice cream and treats can be found here. One of the better places to get ice cream on Virginia Beach. The place is small so it doesn’t take a lot of people to make it crowded. They severely undersprinkled my cone but they were willing to give me extra sprinkles upon request.
The ice cream was nice but I shall warn you. These nice creamy treats do not translate well to milkshake form. It could be partially my own fault tho. I prefer the fruity flavors and possibly the textures from the ice cream I chose was not the right kind. But it lacked thickness in the milkshake. It was sadly not the consistency I think is best for a milkshake. The service was great and the store had nice atmosphere, even though I tend to not really care for those things.
Parking: Parking was no issue, you must look in the right places and you will find what you are looking for.
