Bad customer service. I got rung up for the wrong drink and when I confronted the worker she claimed I ordered something I definitely did not… no refund or offer to replace it

Kid who served my drink was very rude. I didn’t think the drink was mine so I didn’t grab it and he said “so you don’t want the drink that you just ordered…” I said ew what?? I didn’t think the drink was mine and therefor didn’t grab it because the drink said HONEY BOBA and I ordered BROWN SUGAR BOBA. I literally thought he was kidding that’s how rude he was. Like this has to be a joke??? No he was serious. 0/10 don’t work customer service if you don’t like people or can’t at least fake it. Ew

There's been some changes since i last came, but they are still wonderful and have delicious boba drinks brought out quickly. This is inside the Lynnhaven Mall (I think it's weird that their new keychains are only if you rate them though XD )

Just like any place, you have to try the different flavors to understand what you prefer! My favorite flavors are the Thai Tea and Taro. They do have a strict policy on no refunds or exchanges so if you’re trying something new, just understand that’s unfortunately their policy. Other than that staff is great, they’re friendly and attentive to any questions you have, so I’m surprised to read some of these negative reviews. They tend to get busy especially over the weekend, but they work through the line pretty well. I have to give kudos to the young lady at the register, I think her name is Maya, she was so nice and gave me some great suggestions on what to try since I was hesitant to try a new flavor. She volunteered to make my drink to reassure me it would be good and it was!

I always get the Coconut Milk Tea from here. It used to be really good. I got one today, and it tasted like milky water. Barely any hint of coconut. When I went to the counter to tell the girl about it, she immediately said "there's nothing we can do about it. We don't do refunds, we don't remake drinks". Eventually she got permission to remake my drink, however the second one was somehow worse than the first. The quality of this place has really gone downhill.

Everytime we try Kokee Tea the person (female) on register is always rude! Why do they always seem like they are annoyed that you are ordering multiple things ? the tea and macrons are good but not worth the horrible customer service ??
Brown Sugar Honey Boba is not even sweet, even the boba pearl is no sweet taste. Service is fast, and crew is somewhat attentive but not smiling at all.

My kids love this boba tea. They have amazing tapioca pearls that pop in your mouth... they have great flavors to choose from from-pinacolada, dragonfruit tea, mango, etc

If your rating is any that’s not a 5 stars. In my opinion you’re wrong and Kokee Tee deserves a high rating. I tried their Butterfly in Dream boba tea and it’s my absolute favorite for right now. The macaroons? Oh! I tried the NY cheesecake and the Vanilla one and the vanilla is top of the list for right now. I will be returning soon or as often as I can.
