If your rating is any that’s not a 5 stars. In my opinion you’re wrong and Kokee Tee deserves a high rating. I tried their Butterfly in Dream boba tea and it’s my absolute favorite for right now. The macaroons? Oh! I tried the NY cheesecake and the Vanilla one and the vanilla is top of the list for right now. I will be returning soon or as often as I can.

Really? They charge customer more than 6$ dollars per cup and they use WALMART MILK? Really, I could believe it when I saw the delivery guy, as you order from your home , all the milk we drink on those PREMIUM TEAS , is a low milk quality from WALMART YES. I ask the delivery guy and he said yes is for them he told me the worst part is that the Owner order like 24 gallon of milk AND THEY DONT EVEN TIP THE DRIVERS who have to go through the mall to get to this store. Wuaooooooo, I will never drink tea here this is a scam. Premium tea my as…..DONT DRINK TEA HERE BAD MANAGEMENT.

If I could put 0 stars I would have! Been here twice before and service was okay. Today they would only take cash which is fine I spent $18 plus tip on 2 drinks. My boba tea was sub par and I asked if they would sweeten it or exchange it and I would pay the difference. Was told there was nothing they could do, no refunds. Meanwhile 4 people on staff sat and looked at me like I had 2 heads because the drink was not good. WILL NOT RETURN did not ask for a manager bc I did not have time. But I do for this review!

The drinks taste amazing however the service is absolutely terrible! First they get our order wrong by charging us for 5 drinks when we only ordered 4. Then they mistake one of our drinks so we politely asked for it to be fixed and all we got was attitude. It was a mixed young lady with curly hair. She threw our straws at us and mean mugged us the entire time we had waited. Service was no good and she needs to learn respect.

My tea wasn't sweet enough so I asked for more sugar, they gave me liquid sugar which isn't easy to stir so I asked for a new lid they refused so yeah, Wouldn't recommend if your a real boba fan but other than that the drink was ok and boba was very hard.

What a disaster! Three out of four staff members could not figure out how to give a woman correct cash change. They advertise this lychee black tea with lychee jelly, and then proceed to charge me for the lychee jelly. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Pick any other Boba tea place! Two stars because the drink was decent.
