It's not too much the atmosphere as it is parking. It is very hard to park there. Very very hard to park there. Hell it is easier to go through the drive-thru than it is to walk into the place

But they are courteous and they are quick with their work

I stopped at this location on Dec 9th between 7-730 because the hot and ready light was on and ordered a dozen glazed. When I received the doughnuts I told them they weren’t hot and told me that they don’t have hot and ready. I informed them the light was on and I did not want them if they weren’t hot and ready. They closed the window and left to shut the light off and didn’t come back.

The manager and the staff are very rude. I ordered a 6 count Christmas and specialty flavor donuts, so they were all up charges; however when I received my order, it was a 6 count plain. I tried to get a refund for over 2 days now, and they were very rude and did not want to get me a refund. Now I have to call corporate to see what they can do.

I’m so confused by the fact you’ve posted $19.99 for a dozen of specialty doughnuts, but when I was told $34.00 because I choose specialty doughnuts, yeah I’m pretty confused. She said she had to charge $.50 more because they were “Specialty doughnuts”🤷🏽‍♀️

I thought it seemed pretty clear to me, but I wasn’t paying MORE THAN THE PRICE THAT WAS POSTED and I don’t keep how many times you open the box!!!

Got a dozen donuts. And two of my donuts were not filled and barely filled. My new york cheesecake donut was not filled at all and then my apple cinnamon donut was barely filled, very little to the point where I first thought it wasn’t filled at all. I’m sure the workers were just tired because it is a bit late but just thought I’d leave a review in hopes they pay a little more attention next time.

There is no finer donut on the planet than a hot, fresh glazed donut from Krispy Kreme !!! The way it goes through the frosting curtain makes you want to have 4 !!!!

Been visiting this Krispy Kreme store on and off since I was little. The donuts are just going down hill. No raspberry in a raspberry donut. Barely any kreme at all in the chocolate kreme donuts any longer. Just has become pitiful.
11/18/2025- Another let down with this Krispy Kreme. Going to take our business elsewhere. Recently had Tim Horton's doughnuts. The creme was in every bite. KK for the second time had given us doughnuts with NO raspberry filling, very little creme filling, if you want to call it filled, in the other ones eaten so far.
It's a shame that they have been so greedy and stengy with their products. Not worth the $$$ to waste here!!

Been going to Krispy Kreme all my life. The donuts are still good. I usually get the Chocolate iced crème filled ones and the last couple of times Ive got them there is almost no filling in them at all. What happened? You have to pay more for the filled donuts and then there hardly any filling In Them at all . Very disappointed. Krispy Kreme what happened??

Whoever was working the drive-thru today had the nastiest attitude. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme donuts and being pregnant, I’ve really been craving them but after experiencing that kind of rudeness, I refuse to spend my money there. We ended up going to Dunkin’ Donuts instead. Not my favorite, but the customer service was much better.

Just stopped by around 1:30pm to get coffee and glazed donuts, and they served a guy behind us first (african-American), doing it on purpose, making sure we are seeing it...but ok, I guess it's fine... but when asked for two cups of coffee, they said no more coffee, that they are out of coffee ‍ Its hard to believe, that Krispy Kreme is out of coffee at 1:30pm, we asked maybe we can wait for them to brew a fresh one, they said no, NO coffee here! Very bad service with very bad attitude...never going back, even though we love krispy kreme. Good luck
