Look its Krispy Kreme. If you like the donuts, this is the spot. When that sign be glowing you know i be stopping. I'm not really sure how you can give a negative review about these donuts unless you're the type of person who gets donuts from the day old section at walmart....

The donuts I purchased smell and taste like old grease. I'm embarrassed that I took these donuts to the medical staff that takes care of my loved ones. I'll stick with Dunkin. NEVER had this problem with them.

Horrible customer servic!!! I ordered a dozen glazed and asked it be separated into two 6 packs, I was told she was too busy and would give me boxes to separate myself. Ignorance at it's finest...I had to separate hot glazed donuts into separate box myself which turned our to be a mess!!! SO EVEN THOIGH THEY SELL 6 PACK DONUTS IT WAS TOO INCONVENIENT FOR THEM TO SEPARATE A DOZEN??? MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE!!!!

Whenever we drive near KK, we look for the red "Hot Donuts" sign light then we stop.Service is quick... the outside menu ordering sign is not up to date as far as their offering beverages. The speaker is very weak because you cannot hear the cashier taking your order.

It is 9:55 pm and no one to be found . Hours say 10 pm close but this location knocked off way early. Does the owner of the franchise know of the reputational damage? Franchise owners need to adhere to franchise guidelines or at least their advertised hours!

The young lady at the counter did not know the prices or products. I wanted one or two mini donuts, and she was trying to convence me that the mini donuts cost the same as the regular size and that the ones with the plain glaze as well as ones with toppings. But if you get a dozen glaze and a dozen mixed, the price is different. I looked the prices up after I left, and sure enough, the glaze and toppings or filled donuts were a different price. I could not find prices for the mimis. A mini donught is 1/3 the size a regular donut, so why would they be the same price. I then asked her about a specialty donut and what was in it, and she could only tell me the name of the donut that I could clearly read. Lastly, I did not see her change her gloves when she touched the cash register. Did she touch my donuts with those same nasty gloves. Ugh!! She needs training, please.
New Hershey chocolate donuts were out so I tried the chocolate brownie one. What a waste of 2+ dollars! First of all, it did not look like the picture and on top of that it was dry, tasteless and boring. I'm done with K.K. ✌️
