They keep the hot light on even when the stuff isn't fresh. Still Krispy Kreme, the GOAT of donuts, but not as satisfying if they aren't melting in your mouth fresh.

I thought I rated this place. Apologies if it didn’t go through… There I was; minding my own business contemplating where to grab breakfast on this particular day we visit the fine people & beaches of Virginia Beach. Call it Devine or Sump’n else, but as we made our way down 264, a ray of light shown on a particular truck. We look at each other and said, “Sure!” And so we followed it to this magical place that was quite busy - as it was their 88th birthday. Yet, the wonderful staff got our order processed and we spent less than 5 minutes in and out.

This is my second time ordering from this establishment and once again I am disappointed. The donuts is not pleasing and certainly not fresh enough. This time I tried ordering it in the morning and still have the same results in term of not fresh enough. I promise I will not return again under no circumstances.

Second time in a row I ordered on the app and received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready for pick up only to get to the store with it completely black inside, locked, and no employees present. We were not the only customers who were there with a similar experience.

I love love hot Krispy Kreme donuts 🍩. They are such a treat. Moving day - My daughter and I had been moving her into a new place. So, to treat ourselves, we stopped to get donuts 🍩 😕. Not just any donuts, only Krispy Kreme is a treat. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere was low-key, very calm. The staff there were all very helpful and patient. It is big decisions deciding which donuts to choose. Picked out the perfect donuts. Most were warm. The only reason this was not a 5 for food was that my blueberry glazed donuts and stuffed raspberry were freezer cold. Not just frig cold but freezer cold. It kinda deflated me a little until I had the warm, glazed donut. It was a good experience.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, and they are still giving out the hats.
The old lady in there was horrible really bad customer service. She did not have any glazed donuts. A white guy next to us screamed at her, but it’s a donut shop would not recommend run far away. This place is a horrible extension of Krispy Kreme.

Slowest donut shop in the world. Sat in drive thru for 15 mins. Serve doest say price. Hands me coffee with lid falling off. See lots donuts on the floor thru the drive thru window.

First time I ever had a bad Krispy Kreme doughnut. Stopped by at 9pm when I saw the light on. Ate it an hour so later and it tasted 2 days old and heavily coated in icing. Not sure what happened but it was trash!
