Hands down the WORST Krispy Kreme location. Every time I come here, its slow service and they are out of seasonal menu items, and I've tried to order online. Several times orders were incomplete, i ordered 2 dozen and only 1 was delivered, and most recently I tried to order a dozen along with a free half dozen offered for my birthday reward and the order was canceled due to the store being closed in the middle of a Sunday afternoon even though an hour before ordering i drove past the location and it was open just fine. I'll just take it as a sign to never support this franchise location ever again.

Whenever they're actually open, the staff is friendly, donuts fresh, and restaurant clean. THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY ON WHEN THEY'RE ACTUALLY OPEN AND THE APP REFLECTS THE ACTUAL HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT, NOT WHEN THEY HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO KEEP IT OPEN.

It's been a long time since I had Krispy Kreme and my visit here solidified I won't go back. The donuts were just filled with grease. Mocha was nothing special. The staff was terrible. There was a black man and woman working, and I stood there for several minutes before either of them came over to ask what I wanted. The guy treated my like I was ruining his day by coming in and placing an order, barely spoke and gave a rude, negative attitude that made me feel very unwelcome. I would not return to this location.
