The old lady in there was horrible really bad customer service. She did not have any glazed donuts. A white guy next to us screamed at her, but itās a donut shop would not recommend run far away. This place is a horrible extension of Krispy Kreme.

Slowest donut shop in the world. Sat in drive thru for 15 mins. Serve doest say price. Hands me coffee with lid falling off. See lots donuts on the floor thru the drive thru window.

First time I ever had a bad Krispy Kreme doughnut. Stopped by at 9pm when I saw the light on. Ate it an hour so later and it tasted 2 days old and heavily coated in icing. Not sure what happened but it was trash!

Older women with the lip/face piercings with the braids has the worst attitude in the world. She got upset because I needed A minute to figure out what I wanted. Then got even more frustrated when they misunderstood what I said. Mind you I didnāt even need more than an additional 30 seconds to figure out what I wanted. Then I got ignored in the speaker after I started talking.When I got to the window, she dismissed my greeting and slammed the window in my face after shoving my card and food out the window. If you donāt like your job, why be there? Itās Friday night for goodness sake and your hot sign is on. That doesnāt mean have a hot attitude to go with it. This is what i was served so I wet back for a refund.
Update when I requested refund. Her excuse was āitās in a bagā. When I told her that I was going to leave a review, her response was that she does not care. I then asked to speak to the manager. She said that she was not the manager, and that manager āHopeā was on break.

I went for hot and ready while the sign was lit. They gave me microwaved donuts like I canāt tell the difference between a hot fresh and soft donut (hot and ready) vs a hot and not fresh and hard donut.?

Drive through ok just wanted hot donuts & had to come back when a sign says hot! I never knew about that sign .Now I know.
I love love hot Krispy Kreme donuts š©. They are such a treat. Moving day - My daughter and I had been moving her into a new place. So, to treat ourselves, we stopped to get donuts š© š. Not just any donuts, only Krispy Kreme is a treat. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere was low-key, very calm. The staff there were all very helpful and patient. It is big decisions deciding which donuts to choose. Picked out the perfect donuts. Most were warm. The only reason this was not a 5 for food was that my blueberry glazed donuts and stuffed raspberry were freezer cold. Not just frig cold but freezer cold. It kinda deflated me a little until I had the warm, glazed donut. It was a good experience.
