We stayed in the attached hotel, arriving around 6pm so just decided to eat here for the convenience. They had outdoor seating as well as indoor. We could see the ocean, pier and boardwalk. My husband had the crabcake and it was too spicy for him, although we think it was the sauce served with it. I ordered the salmon and was surprised at how tasty it was as well as the side veggies. In fact two nights later we went back again. The server the first night was great, friendly and quick. The second time we stopped and put our order to go, the server was not so friendly or helpful.

Stopped by last night and picked up a 3 piece of dark meat chicken and it was the best fried chicken I've ever had. Ended up buying another 3 piece and brought it to my friend and they absolutely loved it too! You can tell they keep the oil changed and fresh which is huge for fried chicken or any fried food. Served fresh and hot and not laid out under a heat lamp to dry out. Definitely going to be back again.

Bittersweet experience here while on vacation. I came with my family and the Cashier..who claimed to be "good enough to be the manager" by the name of "Fanny" gave us an extremely rude attitude and had zero customer service from the time we walked in. The food Ordered was really good and that's the only reason why I even rate this place two stars. Honestly, if it weren't for Fanny's coworker Angel..I would of just asked for a refund. Our food took extremely long to come out and when I asked for sauce for my wings she said she had to charge me an extra .50 cents which initially would of been okay, expect for the fact that we were treated very poorly by this Fanny girl. No actual manager was on duty to make a complaint so hopefully this review will help for any future customers. All in all, the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful especially Angel!! However, the lead cashier that was helping us..Fanny...needs a talking to about her customer service skills!

IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME 1. I felt bad for the girl at the register because she didn't have anything to do with the kitchen. Yes, she could have apologized and tried to make the situation better but again had nothing to do with the kitchen. 2. My boyfriend and I waited 1 hour for our order which was MASHED POTATOES WITH GRAVY AND A 12 PIECE CAJUN TENDER BASKET. As soon as I asked for a refund our order surprisingly was ready? We did not get Cajun tenders they were regular tenders and we had to ask for the sauce that we had order but didn't receive. The two groups prior to us ordering waited an hour and their order was messed up as well, luckily that gave us a heads up to double check our order to make sure we got everything we paid for. At that point we were so hungry we didn't ask them to give us Cajun tenders because we didn't know if we would have to wait another hour. Overall we will not be going back there! **Also it tasted exactly like KFC!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I understand you are understaffed, but when I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours and nothing is ready. That is absolutely ridiculous. And the staff was rude. I tried to be understanding at first, but they became very rude when I asked how much longer it was going to take. And when me and other customers asked for a refund, there was no manager there and none of the employees working knew how to give a refund.

Got this for dinner one night with my family while staying in Virginia Beach. The food was great. Chicken had excellent flavor the Mac and cheese was good, mashed potatoes and gravy all were yummy. The standout was definitely the flavor on the chicken it was phenomenal much better than typical KFC!

Employees seem more concerned with getting out of there then working. Went in shortly before midnight (this is when they close). The sign said open. The girl already had everything cleaned and all the chairs up so we actually couldn't get anything. I thought closing time was the time you stop serving the public not the time you leave the building.
