Charged me for a side they did not give me. Ordered a four piece and was given two legs, a wing and a thigh - the donate to charity pieces (I would have been fine with two legs and two thighs as I like dark meat). Paid with credit card and she crumpled and tossed the receipt without asking if I wanted it. They did provide a copy when I requested it.
That said, taste-wise, it is not what I expect from KKC (best was off of Eden Way in Chesapeake). I will not return.
