This isn't a recent review. I miss Otani. This place had the best food and the chefs were always great at putting on a show and making great food. I really wish this place would come back!

Made reservations on line ...got a confirmation but when we got there they did not have r reservations...service was terrible ...

Went for Habatchi with a large group. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Big portions and an entertaining cook! They have a great karaoke set up. They let us sing a lot of songs and someone even helped out on drums!
I went here for my birthday and got charged THREE TIMES for $56.14. The way they ran my card made separate authorization codes so my bank couldn't credit me back. The people I went with got charged FOUR times. If you go here PAY CASH!
This restaurant has horrible customer service. My friend and I didn’t mind waiting 20 minutes for food so we sat at the bar. Asked for a drink and never got it. It was our turn to sit down and the waitress took us to the table to sit down and others sitting at the table didn’t want to move over. They should have handled that before bringing us to the table and then they tell us “you’re going to have to wait.” I’m not even from the area and really wanted Japanese food.
OUR ORGANIZATION WENT TO RETREAT AT VIRGINIA BEACH RECENTLY AND CAME TO KUKTOP FOR BBQ TOGETHER. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE REALLY GREAT. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF VISITING VIRGINIA BEACH.
Great service, great food (Hibachi and Sushi) great atmosphere and fun Karaoke - great experience for the whole family.
This was by far the Best Hibachi and Freshest Sushi! Highly recommend. We’ll definitely go again!!
It was really good. I am a vegetarian and they had vegetarian options, and their Kimchi is really good.

Love the new additions. The Korean BBQ is so much fun and is delicious. If you've never tried Korean BBQ before just let the staff know; most of our group hadn't and they were really helpful with explaining what to do. There's also an awesome karaoke set up. We had a great time!
It was very nice time with my friends. The food was great and service was excellent as well. I can't wait to visit there again!!! My favorite things were karaoke served by the manager and Korean kalbi...
