Lighthouse Beach Bar & Grille

Small and unassuming place that serves really great food! We had lunch here and the staff are great. Nice view of the boardwalk and ocean. Would definitely go back.

Food was good. Of the 3 sandwiches we shared, the shrimp poboy was the best value. Huge sandwich for $12.99.Tuna steak sandwich was juicy, fish tacos were good. Service was good.

The lady with the turtle tattoos was so friendly. She was quick and helpful even though she was the only one working at the time we were there for lunch. I wish I could eat there every day.

Al was our server, he was awesome!! So friendly, helpful and attentive! Food and drink was excellent! My husband and I both had the blackened shrimp poboy. We also ordered a pound of steamed shrimp. I had a rum and diet Coke. The drinks are $4 and so good! The food was the best we had in a long time. So glad we went!

The food and drinks were great as well as our server was awesome. We almost left though because the waitress who was seating us had quite a sour attitude and, even though it wasn't busy, we waited a good long while for our food and drinks. Otherwise, a good visit!

This place is amazing!!! We ate there every night during our 5 day stay!!! Try the tuna steak! Exceptional!!!! Burgers and shrimp are fantastic!!! Its right on the beach/boardwalk ....Beautiful view while you eat!!

The worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Ordered my drink, realized I forgot my ID in the car. I said never mind on my drink. My husband ordered a drink, decided he wanted something else so he ordered the same one I ordered. The waiter literally said “you're going to drink two?! No you're not. That's not for you. If you give it to her I'll have to take your drink away from you”. First of all. This waiter prejudged my husband who is well beyond the legal age. Second of all. My husband can and does have a lot of the same taste in drinks that I do. Letting all my friends and family know to NEVER come her and we will never be coming back ourselves.

Low key (like how beaches should be). Fish tacos were pretty damn spot on. Haven't found better in VA Beach yet. Staff was friendly. Definitely will be back.

Food was great! Customer service on the other hand was horrible, we stopped by late yesterday evening and sat down, it to be k around 5 minutes for us to get drinks... but when we ordered food it took around 45-55 minutes for us to get only 4 meals.... other people that ordered before us were served and drinks refilled, but our waitress never even offered to refill our drinks..... Manager wasn't even there....

They took good care of us. Tasty food. Tasty drinks. They were playing old 80's music on the satalite. It was an oasis from a sudden summer rainstorm.
