Exquisite service, quality of pizza, and my order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be and it was piping hot and delicious

It was busy in the store, but the food came out. Relatively quickly, I didn't have a bad customer service experience per se, but I had a sense that the person taking my payment did not know what she was doing as when I was 40 cents short in cash, she wouldn't let me pay the rest on my card. Instead, looking to another customer to pay the 40 cents. So she wouldn't have to do a split payment.

Looks like the pizza was sitting out for about an hour before I even ordered it online. Definitely wasn’t fresh once I picked it up.
Great service. The staff and manager was smiling, kind, helpful and accommodating with my custom order.
The pizza was so dried out and not even cut into slices, I ordered 3 custom pizzas just so they'd be made fresh, there's no way they made them fresh, it seems like the took the hot and ready Pizza and threw the additional toppings on it and put it back in the oven. Will not be ordering here again.

Little Caesar on Holland Road in VA
This was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from this Little Caesar. When I got home the, stuff crust pizza had very little cheese and sauce on it and the bread was thick. I was very disappointed. If I just wanted bread I could have gone to the grocery store.

Completely turn around from my last visit! My order was wrong. Lovely Catherine took care of me. Apologized. Remade my food herself to ensure it is correct. And even offered me some crazy bread for my inconvenience. I was in and out super quick. Store could use some updating but other than that perfect service and amazing food quality.
