Came to get 1 pizza at 508 pm and did not leave till 537 and counting 15 minutes turn to 25 minutes, then everyone that came in with me left but left at counter to ask instead of being told what's going on with my pizza! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The last 2 times I've been here I had to wait over 30 minutes after the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. Pizza was cold and employees seemed like they didn't have a system to get food out on time and didn't really care about all the people filling the lobby, waiting on their food. No way I'm EVER going back! I'll eat frozen pizza before I go here again.

Seems really great when you order, but if you are a Door Dasher, you Need to make sure that you get the sauces, napkins and eating utensils... They didn't have all of those things that the Customer asked for. So it takes a lot Longer to pack up those items for your customers.
Pizza was not placed in oven until 25 min after I placed order in app. Was not ready when the time said. Pizza was done, sitting up in heating area,waiting for breadsticks to be done. Seemed to have lots of help. Saw a couple guys coming out on occasion. Plus workers by ovens. Pizza crust seemed thin. And I didn't order thin. I forgot about that last time I ordered from here. They must have changed the dough recipe.

This place is run terribly. I can tell there are good workers but it's management who show things down to a trickle. I ordered on the app. Arrived 20 minutes later, then waiting 30 more minutes for one pizza. Never again. If I choose little ceasars,Ceasars,, it will be a different location. Food was not as good as other locations, somehow
