I come to this location off shore Dr often and food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. Tonight I’m writing a review bc it’s a Friday night, it’s packed inside with orders still coming in and not only was my large order ready very quickly it was hot and fresh but beyond that there is one person here holding it all down by herself, Hailey, who not only greeted me the second I walked in from the back where she was bagging and boxing food, was still calm and pleasant despite the crowd, was getting the food out quite fast while juggling literally every task and never once did she come across frustrated as anyone in that position rightfully would be. She was kind and sincere and didn’t miss a beat. Just bc she can handle everything on her own like that doesn’t mean she should be though LC, give her a raise and backup especially on Friday night. Hailey if you read this time to ask for a well deserved raise, I’m a complete stranger and I live an hour away so this is my genuine review. Thanks Hailey your awesome. Took me longer to write this review than it took her to make 2 pizzas, 4 orders of crazy puffs, and two orders of crazy bread while tending to everything and everyone else.

We get pizza here regularly. They never mess up the order. Sometimes you have to wait during peak hours around suppertime, so order ahead.

I am going through some craving phase, and twice I have craved their Stuffed Crazy Bread. The first time we ordered from this location, they weren't oiled and didn't have Parmesan cheese like they should. We were so upset. A month or two months later we decided to give them a second chance and ordered four bags of them, not only did all bags had no oil not Parmesan cheese, ALL OF THEM WERE UNDERCOOKED. Disgusting and revolting.

Whoever was working tonight was on point! (10MAR2025) Friendly, perfectly spaced pepperoni on the pizza, delicious buffalo wings… it was art. wish I’d tipped $15. Deserves a raise!

Absolutely not. 01/16/2025 the workers were handling trash, smoking cigarettes, and re entered the building…a trainee IMMEDIATELY STARTED CUTTING MY PIZZA WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. The manager got an attitude because I asked her to remake my pizza because her trainee did not wash her hands while handling my food.
I'm sitting here and while they are making the pizzas they are not wearing gloves while preparing the pizzas. I find that gross

Dietary restrictions: My post is not about dietary. However it's about false advertising and customer service and management. I have been in the shore drive stove 4 times to purchase the walk in and walk out pizza. They take my money and then tell me 5-10 minutes. I have set up 2 appointments this week and supervisor never showed.
