They don’t answer their phone. They sent out coupons to entice business, but no promo codes so you can’t use the coupon to order online. And since they don’t answer the phone you can’t order by phone either.

Place is disgusting. Everything is filthy and the employees are lazy. They NEVER have pizzas ready and they all play on their phones. Better off not eating.

Eat here all the time for price and convenience, service and quality has tanked. Always understaffed, registers frequently down, mobile ordering doesn't seem to work correctly and the staff that is there is unhelpful at best. If you order online, you have to order an extra most best or something similar or the staff will take a hot and ready, refire it, and pretend its fresh. I've had this problem multiple times over the past 2 years. If the pizza isn't a re-cooked old pizza, then it's either undercooked (and by undercooked I mean the dough in the middle is actually raw and needs to be refired at home) or mediocre at best with a 3" wide crust. Their latest game is to not put any sauce on the pizza. It is legitimately a round cheese bread with a smidge of sauce near the crust.I get that it's cheaper pizza, but for the same price I could get a better made small pizza literally anywhere else. Just go to papa johns. Even chanellos is better.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with black olives that is undercooked. They also forgot to slice the pizza for me. They scattered the pepperonis in a weird haphazard pattern and I got just a smidge of olives. Awesome

Placed online order and arrived just before time for pickup ( still a 30 min wait). Checked in and was told "it's in the oven". Waited 10 more minutes and asked again. Was told they didn't make one of the pizzas and I would need to wait. Came back and was told "it's in the oven". Asked them why it was taking so long so they went and pulled a pizza that had been in the behind counter display since the first time I arrived. Handed me the entire order that had been sitting in the back over 40 min after order. They don't understand how to give accurate information or know their process. Only reason we ordered was due to the "Hot and Ready" claim. Pizzas were neither hot nor ready.

Do not patron this ace. Ordered pizza online. App said it would be ready immediately. Got out of the car, and then it magically changed to 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, still no pizza. Two teenage guys were on duty and with no customers were mock wrestling and playing around. They never even made the pizza. We only chose Little Ceasar's as a quick pick up on the way home, since the pizza is not great but easy to feed kids in a pinch. In the end, it took 40 minutes and no apology. Instead they claimed they were "overwhelmed" . I can tell you they had 1 customer come in as we were leaving.

Don't bother getting crazy bread here. There's barely any garlic butter on them and they're super dry. Even after I asked if they could give me a bag of crazy bread with a normal amount of garlic butter on it, I was told they wouldn't do it.

This is the only little Caesars I order from. Not only is the cleanest and very accurate when picking orders up but they have the most wonderful staff. Very friendly and professional. I am always greeted the right way and even when the portal might not work they make sure they get you situated with a hot pizza. Never a bad experience, unfortunately at other locations but not this one. I am beyond thankful they do their job right and keep customers their Priority. Definitely recommend to order from here. We love little Caesars specials and Wonderful prices. Honestly any place that looks clean from the moment you walk in where you picking up your food from makes a huge difference. To know that your food has been made in a clean and sanitary environment as well as made properly cared for. Their employees appealing will also make a difference. So yes or this one is our favorite and even if we have to drive a bit further from home we only order from here. Just a quick tip, carry some cash on you to leave them a tip since the app won't let you add a tip for them which is a down point. You going to want to do it because is the only way a customer can thank them and also they deserve it.
