Waited 57 minutes for a single fantastic 4 pizza, they said they messed up the order… HOW? They never even buzzed us with the buzzer, I had to check for an update twice

The pizza is usually fresh. They are short staffed, so there may be some times you are waiting in line or the drive-thru longer.

They don't pick up the phone when you call, and when they do, you can hear that they picked up, and then they hang up on you. This location refuses online orders often as well, which is the only reason I called because it says to call to the place the order instead.

Hot N ready what a joke! 20/25 min wait for 3 pizzas not even special order pizza. Oh and I was the only customer at the time!

Why does it take 40 minutes to get 6 crazy puffs?

Every time you come to this location at 925 Little Caesars Diamond Springs Road the never have any hot-ready pizzas you always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes I wonder why is that they need to make sure they have enough employees working to have enough hot and ready pizzas or cheesy puffs ready

I am baffled ?? It seems that every time I go to this location they never have anything ready. It’s always 40 min wait. When they open, middle of the day lunch time when ever !!! I ask hey do you have anything ready they say no. I say anything?? They say well let me check. I asked who I own this location.
They said why. I said I could run this location better. They obviously don’t care about customer service. Or having product ready. The people are always clueless or lost. I have been to this location plenty of times. Only to drive away for the last time.

Guy was MIKE tall with dark hair . He very rude and didn't even apology to me due to my wing being very cold. He was rude on the phone and hang up on me

Took 30 mins to get my food and still did not have all the items tried to charge me twice for a drink I already paid for curly head boy in the front acts like he doesn’t know wat is going on
