I decided to try Little Caesar’s Pizza for the first time tonight after seeing a commercial. I was excited as I ordered 2 large pizzas and crazy bread and it was less than $30. I placed my order at 2200 on November 22. I received an email stating my order should arrive between 2309-2314. I called customer support at 2325 to ask about my order and when it may arrive. Customer support informed me that my order was in progress and they were waiting on a driver. (This store was ALREADY CLOSED at this point, but I did not know this at the time.). At 0011 I received a call from a DoorDash driver (Jenny) to let me know she had arrived at the Little Caesar’s location to pick up my order and that the store was CLOSED and all lights were off with nobody present! I immediately called customer support and demanded my order is canceled. I will not make this mistake ever again in the future! I do not know it I am the only one this has happened to, or if others may have had something like this happen to them. Either way, I won’t do this again. Somebody screwed up, in addition to ME for thinking Little Caesar’s would be the answer tonight! 😂 There are lots of ways to spend my money and this one, at Little Caesar’s, won’t be one of mine. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of this experience, as well. I am not sure how this was even possible! How can you FORGET there is an order and just close up the store! I cannot imagine why this company is not doing better and actually competing with the other delivery stores…GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION! If you REALLY want Little Caesar’s, I recommend that you just give up on that desire, OR go TO their store, verify they are OPEN, and order what you want while waiting for it THERE! Little Caesar’s and delivery just don’t seem to match well, at all!

ONLY on SUNDAYS!!! The pizza here is better than the rest. The only difference from sunday's and any other days are the workers. Whoever the workers are on Sunday should get a raise and be on every shift. Because they do it right. Any other day, there's more crust on 2 or 3 slices of the pizza. Ive tested this and it's absolutely correct. The crew on Sundays cares about their customers experience. Great job you guys.

I’ve had frozen pizza that was wayyyy better than the one I got today. Just a simple pepperoni pizza….just awful!

ORDERED THE NEW CHEESSTEAK PUFFS RECEIVED OVERCOOKED PUFFS..DISGUSTING SHOULD HAVE NOT SERVED THEM TRASH THEM ..WAITED 15MIN FOR BURNT FOOD COME ON MAN

This establishment always makes the area look bad because they will not keep up their landscaping. Their grass needs to be cut. Their shrubbery is overgrown. It’s ridiculous in an area that is nice like Wesleyan

Waited 57 minutes for a single fantastic 4 pizza, they said they messed up the order… HOW? They never even buzzed us with the buzzer, I had to check for an update twice

The pizza is usually fresh. They are short staffed, so there may be some times you are waiting in line or the drive-thru longer.

They don't pick up the phone when you call, and when they do, you can hear that they picked up, and then they hang up on you. This location refuses online orders often as well, which is the only reason I called because it says to call to the place the order instead.
