I have been a loyal customer at Little Caesar’s for several years. Their pizza is not of the best quality, but they have lived up to their motto “Hot-n-Ready” my whole life. Today all that has changed. I ordered my two classic pepperonis and one cheese and have been waiting for over 40 minutes. The cashier was out of uniform and very rude. She asked me to stand away from the register while I wait. I still have not received my pizza. You just lost a loyal customer. ?

Ordered 6 items for delivery from website and it never stated it was going to be Doordarsh. Delivery guy from Doordash was nice but only had 3 items. He said call Little Caesars he said they will call also. I called and they said (do you want to come pick it up, or do you want a credit for a different day? I said (I need to eat) looks like I will have to drive myself. Don't do delivery!

Been to this location many times...about half the time seems like they have pizzas ready to take out. Today was the last straw, went in not during peak meal hours...no pizza was ready once again. The man came out from the back. Didn't seem like he gave much care about anything. 45 minute wait on a plain cheese pizza. Had enough of this locations either inability to staff the store properly or keep up with the main concept of pizzas ready to go at all times. I will drive further to a different spot to avoid this joke of a location.

I appreciate the kind attitude of the workers at Little Caesars! I ordered something from On Ice beside them for a late pick-up, and the two businesses coordinated so I could get something from On Ice after they’d closed, I’d just need to pick it up from Little Caesars. The worker there was so friendly and helpful and got me situated with my On Ice order, and I grabbed a Hot-N-Ready from Little Caesars to take to our DND game, and everything was amazing! I appreciate y’all bending over backwards to help me!

Bugs in food! Don't eat from here. And once you realize it, lose your appetite and call them, unless you still have 80% of the pizza left, they won't do anything about it. I have no idea what needing 80% of your food left has to do with when you find a fly on the 3rd to last slice... that means on a 8 slice pizza, you would of had to have found a bug on the first two slices only... sorry... it doesn't always work that way. Poor customer service, clearly dirty establishment, and bad business practice. DON'T BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS IN YOUR FOOD!!

BUYER BEWARE! They do not have hot and ready pizzas made already. The brown skinned heavy set young man that frequents the counter has a bad attitude and poor service. This store is often behind on orders and messes them up on top of it. After messing orders up, they want you to bring the pizza back, before correcting their mistake. This last time, their were 10 customers waiting for online orders and a few others coming to place orders but were turned away with a 1 hr wait time. After this last order correction, I only received 90% of a pizza. I have included pictures. Place orders at this store at your own risk.

Be careful ordering a pizza from this location. I asked for an extra cheese pizza and they gave me a skimpy regular cheese and then told me that there are no refunds and to take this or buy another extra cheese and maybe they'll be extra cheese on it next time...
