I have no idea what to say. I walked in to pick up food and the rude probably overworked and underpaid individual behind the counter told me they had no pickup orders because online auto cancels if they have no orders. No options of here's what we have just a terse explanation of your screwed and we won't help

I ordered pizza for my kids through the app I went to pick up the food it was ready a few minutes after I got there granted I live close by. My pizza was not as expected but that was no problem a gentleman named Tony came right on over to assist me and made everything right he made the pizzas my kids wanted and offered me the pizza that wasn’t desired I took it of course extra pizza is always great. I came home my kids were like what took you so long I said I had to make sure take pizza was tight and they were super excited I came in with ALOT more pizza than expected now they have “SNACK” for after school tomorrow as well.

I was the first of several customers that came in and ordered at the register. I was told that there wasn't anything ready but it would be 10 mins so I placed my order (one pepperoni pizza) and waited. Then EVERY other customer was given their food first including people that walked in after my food was supposed to be ready. The guy who was giving the food clearly favored a friend that came in after me and didnt even charge her for the 3 pizzas she was given. Another person came in and asked if anything was ready and got a pepperoni pizza handed to him immediately. Finally after 25 mins i finally got my pizza. The ONLY positive thing was the cashier when I first came in.

My recent visit to this Little Caesars location on Virginia Beach Blvd ( Birchwood) was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unacceptable. I stood at the front counter for six full minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Several employees were gathered near the front—one was even eating pizza—while the rest stood around her chatting and ignoring customers.

The store has signs proudly honoring veterans, which caught my attention as I am a proud veteran myself. While I don’t expect special treatment, I do expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially in an establishment that claims to honor service members.

Eventually, a staff member who had just walked in for her shift noticed the lack of service and stepped up to help me—before even clocking in. I appreciated her professionalism, especially in contrast to the rest of the team.

When I asked to speak to a manager, things went from bad to worse. The manager, who I later found out is named T. Kelly (and is apparently the owner’s daughter), had a terrible attitude—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issue, she made it clear she didn’t care.

To top it all off, as I was leaving, another employee walked in and joined the group in a loud, inappropriate conversation about menstruation, blood, bowel movements, and cramps—right in the customer area. Completely disgusting and highly unprofessional.

This experience was beyond disappointing. I will never return to this location again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Management clearly sets the tone for the poor behavior of the staff.

I disappointing visit to be sure. The deep dish has become thin looks like losing half its size, the bottom of the crazy bread bag broke and I almost lost all the bread sticks, the sauce cup is less than half and the pizza isn't even cut all the way!
