Left out half of order, then acted like I didn't pay for what the receipt said. Extremely slow, 2 people in whole restaurant. Very disappointed, food was overcooked to point of being un-eatable. Cole slaw was best thing we got, out of fish, chicken and shrimp. Fries were hard as were hushpuppies.

We ordered DoorDash and the fries were missing. I called the store and they first hung up on me without speaking then I immediately called back snd the woman was extremely rude and snotty and condescending and literally belligerent with me. When she said, “well I can’t do anything about it sweetheart” after first trying to blame the extremely nice, on point, helpful, and fast DoorDasher! … My husband got extremely upset by how she was speaking to me and he is the most nice and patient person there is to strangers usually. She was very obviously behaving outrageously bad. We will never order from the place again.
I’m getting a refund for the items she did not put in the TIGHTLY SEALED bag — from DoorDash. P.S. I happen to know for a FACT that she can edit the order, refund from her end, and she blamed everyone else taking zero accountability for her own missteps and rudeness.

Food was disappointing..fish portion and chicken portion was laughable from previous experiences..sad a place I've enjoyed for over 40 years let me down...2105 for a number 12 and a large drink...never again..always get more for my buck plenty of other places.

Dining area was closed but drive thru was fast and accurate. There are so few LJS locations that it's always nice when I find one. The food was hot and fresh. It's a meal I really enjoyed.

Gross over fried fish and hushpuppies. The slaw was okay-worst visit yet. Zero star. Every visit has gotten worse. This was 2pc fish meal. Absolutely awful!! It's like they dumped already cooked food back into gross oil. Didn't have time to go back and return it. Couldn't eat it and was afraid of getting sick.
