The food was really good, but would have been better with the sides and drink I ordered. It was a little crazy so I'll give them a bit of slack. The price was a bit high for what we ate and the service was a bit off, but you get used to it nowadays.

I did not stay to eat. There were too many people smoking pot in the front of the restaurant, so we didn't wait for a table

This Longhorn is just plain dirty. The entire place looks very unkempt and dirty. The floor has food and debris all over, tables are unwiped, and bathroom was dirty.

Waitress gave very poor service . Very unattended she didn’t listen stated no ice gave ice several times. First arrived waited 25 minutes for drinks and over 35 minutes for service waited 25 min for bill and asked for a raspberry tea 22 mins never received asked another waitress but at this point decided to leave . If you are overwhelmed you should work together as a team .. Ask your co workers for help .. Very disappointed!!! Our dinner bill was too much to not receive proper service over $200

Great Taste, Options, and Atmosphere. Only complaint was that an order of steak was undercooked by a fair bit; however, the staff were very apologetic and polite about it. Would recommend for a nice dinner.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, a little cramped on space so indoor may be a small challenge.

Overall a decent place to eat at.The wait for being seated wasn't too long (our group of 6 was seated within 15 minutes..Our server was very gracious and accomodating (because 1 in our party was delayed getting there).
The food was hot and delicious when it finally came out to us (it was very busy in that restaurant on that Sunday!).
The bread that accompanied the meal came out hot and fresh.

Overall, we were impressed with this restaurant.
However, a warning to future customers ....ifyou want a dessert there, many of the desserts there are quite large ....so be prepared to either share them or take some home!

We went to celebrate a momentous event for my son and we were having a great evening, until we went to Longhorn. The entire restaurant was empty, except for the bar area which was PACKED. They sat us there, then a lady came to us and literally almost screamed in our ear (b/c it was that loud), I'll get your waters, I'm helping your waiter. Then we waited, for about 15 minutes before our waiter came. NOT his fault, they cut the wait staff and this one man had 3 six tops, and 4-5 four tops. He worked his tail off but it was too many people for one person. My husband was angry, I left angry and my poor son, who just made the honor society and really wanted to celebrate, knew it and it ruined his night. I will never, ever eat here again. I paid $125 to have my sons special night absolutely ruined.

We had called hours ahead and had our name on the list, she told us it was a reservation and our table would be ready/ it wouldn’t be busy. When we arrived for our 3:30 reservation, we checked in & she said give me a few minutes to just push the tables together. I said “okay!” We sat… and sat… and sat… 1 hour later it’s 4:30 and we still have not been sat for our 3:30 reservation. Mind you we made sure our group would be able to sit by calling days & hours in advance. The hostess is kind but she said “the way we sat things it looks like it’ll be longer”. We are not happy. And very hungry.

We were in last night around 5pm. We beat the dinner rush. We were the only ones in the lobby area except one person that worked here. This was our first time at this location. Managers must have their hands full finding good help. Let’s start at the beginning. Walked in excited to celebrate our 14 year anniversary. Man at the host stand dressed in all black was on the phone. He looked at us and then turned away from us and began his private convo. Okay, maybe he is taking a to go order? Is he the manager? Busser? Host? I’ll never know. His clothes were too sloppy to be a manager. A girl that was definitely a busser came up for a towel and seemed annoyed. She saw us but then quickly walked away. She had work to do. I noticed she was the only busser and was hardworking throughout our dinner experience. A girl with a bit of blue in her hair walked out from the kitchen, made eye contact with us while putting a to go order together, not even a hello or a smile, and looked us off. We waited. And waited. Finally a woman came up and asked if we had been helped and after learning that no we hadn’t, she sat us in her section (bar area). Finally!!! We had our younger two boys with us and the old football games that were on actually helped make the atmosphere better. When she finally came back to ask our drinks, we gave her our entire order. After she brought our drinks, she didn’t stop by our table until halfway through after dinner arrived. She must’ve been extremely busy? Had multiple tables? I’m assuming that she was at the end of her shift when other servers began showing up bc her personality was not friendly. Maybe I have high expectations bc I’ve been a server before many times and have been trained high-end. I will say, she did bring my husband a refill without us having to ask. The food needs seasoning though. I ordered the 9pm Flo and the only seasoning came from the parm crust. The sweet potato had no butter and a pile of sugar and cinnamon. The cinnamon and sugar are suppose to melt into the sweet potato by way of the butter. I had to use the butter from the bread board to melt it all. My husband had no complaint on his loaded potato. His steak was thin though. I did see a manager at one point in a nice vest. The girl server with a red ribboned ponytail brought our appetizer (mushrooms) and was so nice and friendly. I did wish she was our server but then again, I was thankful for our server even noticing us at the front. I still tipped over 20% bc anything less and it’s just a let down feeling and I didn’t want her to feel that. She had a table of 6 older ladies my husband said were acting a bit pretentious. Maybe our server was also frustrated with the other staff bc she had to pick up their slack. That’s what I choose to believe and I completely understand. I’m not sure what servers get paid at Longhorn but tip your servers… taxes take a big chunk of their wages and earnings. They usually have to tip our bartenders and bussers as well. Last note, the thousand island dressing had a hint of sweet and was delicious! However the portion for kid mac and cheese is the same as one of those small bowl containers that go in the microwave. So stupid. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon tbh. I make better steak at home.

Kid-friendliness: Children’s options are plenty. Annoyed we have to pay $8 for KRAFT max and cheese when a box of the same thing is $1.
