I had lunch with a friend on Thursday, July 31st at 11:30 a.m. We have dined here several times. They have a good menu with reasonable prices, the service is very good, plenty of parking, handicap accessible, with a mix of tables and booths for seating.
On this visit when we entered, there was a large group (approx. 20) seated at tables placed together - so they can accommodate a group setting. We were seated in a booth and there was plenty of open booths and tables.
My friend and I ordered from their lunch pick two soup and salad menu. My friend had the strawberry salad with a loaded baked potato and I had the strawberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and the shrimp and lobster chowder. We both had ice tea for our drinks.
Our server, Derick (I hope I got it right), was very attentive. He took our order, had bread and butter and our drinks quickly delivered after we ordered. My friend's baked potato looked delicious and my chowder did not disappoint. The salads were perfect. The soup and salad lunch menu is a great deal. As I indicated, our server was very attentive. He refilled our drinks, provided a to-go drink for my friend, kept an eye on us to see if we required anything without coming to the table and asking, and offered desert when we finished our meal.
I had not seen my friend in two months, so we spent an hour and a half catching up during our lunch. We had a very pleasant experience, as always, at this location. When we left, the restaurant was significantly full.
As I said, I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed in the service or food. Highly recommend.

Food was great!! Our waitress Chanea was awesome! She brought out a dessert for our wedding anniversary today! Cheesecake was HUGE!! Great desserts!!!

Absolutely The worst service and Food..
Food was cold and stale..Waitress was so depressed and very unfriendly..
Manager was no better but did offer a free cake slice for our displeasure..Wow!
Very Dark inside and temp was freezing cold..
We will never visit this rip off Steakhouse ever again!
What a mistake we made going to this place..
Not Recommend at all...Terrible all the way around..

Went for a birthday celebration...what a joke .... restaurant was freezing cold which matched the food they served us...sent back to kitchen and still came back cold...bread was hard as a rock....waitress never came back to table to refill drinks or to ask us if we needed anything.. manager spoke to our group and never apologized for poor service and poorly prepared food...what a waste of money

We are regulars and never have had an issue until tonight. We sat down at the bar at 6:00. Restaurant was not very busy. Ordered drinks which took a little while. We did notice that the bartender had an almost full section as well as us and one other at the bar. We ordered apps and salads and entrees. Our salads came out first (not correct but whatever) then our apps came out about 5 minutes later. Then our meals came out less than 5 minutes after that. We barely had even touched our apps yet. So now it’s 6:30 and we’ve got our bread, our salads, our apps AND our dinner all at once. I called the manager over who understood our issues and said she would speak to the kitchen. Not 10 minutes later our bartender asks if we want dessert!!! Are you serious?! Such a bad experience, very disappointing.

I like the food but the waiter we had… he was very dismissive. He is nice but when it came down to borrowing something for my friend’s birthday I told him not to lose, he laughed it off as if I could buy another one and gave me a card. It’s a slap in the face because I don’t eat sweets. He didn’t even attempt to look he just said he didn’t have it. Also, he told me I could substitute the side and turns out I was charged and he told me last minute. Very disrespectful.

Food was great and cooked to our liking. Waitress was very patient and helpful and attentive. Place was a little tight i felt like they wanted to cram as many ppl in the restaurant as possible. We felt like we were eating with other ppl next to us we were so close. But overall I would eat there again but I will sit in a booth or at the bar.
