My cake was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture that I found online and she made the cake exactly how I wanted it. This was honestly one of the best, freshest, and yummiest cakes I have ever eaten. My birthday was a success. I will be back for sure to order from Lovely Cakes. I appreciate this bakery. What a gem!The happy birthday decor was put on cake by me. I wish I had a picture of the cake before I put the decor up there…because my cake was so gorgeous.

I was looking for a bakery to do my daughter cake for her 17th birthday and came across Lovely cakes. I showed Ms. Lovely exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. It was the exact design and colors my daughter wanted with big beautiful strawberries and a gorgeous handmade topper on top. Thank you for making this special for her. My family enjoyed every bit. I recommend lovely cakes and will be returning for more beautiful cakes.

I really wanted a beautiful cake for my wife's 65 birthday . I told the owner we did not like fondant icing and wanted buttercream icing .I did not want to take another bakery's picture in her bakery, and show her a cake. So I ask her to be creative all I want is a beautiful cake. I wanted her to use her skill and just do a beautiful stack 2 tear cake and 25 cupcakes.. I told her I wanted everything to be special for my wife.. As I was paying her she said she had something in mind. My daughter picked everything up and never did I think this would happen. It was not beautiful there was no piping of buttercream icing no buttercream rosesand she use fondant to make a flat bow on top of cake., and fondant decoration. I was so disappointed, and to top it off the cake was not completely unthawed by time we cut it.at 8:30 that night. All my guest said the birthday cake was awful.I told her i wanted everything to be special , even the cup cakes. All she did to the cupcake was a swirl top. I told her my wife was very girly and wanted girly things on top. I paid for 25 cupcakes and a 2 tear cake 290.00. Its not the money I feel cheated by this bakery , because I requested was beautiful and girly. With all do respect the cup cakes were wonderful, but my disappoint in the overall product for beauty 0

Ordered a red velvet cake for my son who's a chef. The cake was very poorly designed and it didn't taste good. The frosting had a very weird aftertaste. I have had better tasting red velvet cakes from Food Lion. I paid over 70 dollars for the cake. It was just plain awful. My granddaughter didn't even like the cake. No one even finished the slice. I couldn't have been more disappointed because my family loves cake and this was the worse cake that we have ever had!!!!!

This local bakery makes beautiful custom cakes. I found them on yelp and decided to try them out since they had great looking cake pictures and I was looking for a really beautiful cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. I called them and described that I wanted a Minnie Mouse cake for my daughters Birthday. They were extremely helpful over the phone explaining options and portion sizes. I didn't give them to many specifics on exactly how I wanted the cake because I trusted their judgement and they did not disappoint. They created a beautiful cake that my daughter absolutely loved. I would recommend their custom cakes. They had some really good looking cupcakes on display in their shop which I would also be interested in trying next time I'm nearby.
