I received my first batch of Lyfestyle Meals today, and I am thoroughly impressed! I am a super busy girl, and while I am not trying to lose or gain weight, it is hard for me to eat healthy. The food is super fresh, the portions are awesome and the delivery option is a lifesaver! I choose the "clean eats" option and the meals have more than exceeded my expectations!!

Just had my first experience with the owner of Lyfestyle Meals. I forgot to order by the cut off date and was just going to do without until next week. He just called me and asked if he could make some changes in order to get me meal prepped food by today. Love the professionalism and love that this company cares about its people and how best to serve them quality fresh food. A+ work 💪🏼
