Food was amazing and customer service was great as well. Went out with my mom to try this place for the first time, our server gave us her recommendations on the menu and was super sweet the whole time. Got some steak tacos and a tea, food was phenomenal. Gave me the chance to write a review and I think they earned a great one. Will definitely be back to enjoy some more tacos :)

Great staff great food.
We heard great things about this restaurant, so we decided to check it out on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed. My husband ordered the bistec encebollado with the steak cooked medium, and it came out well done and dry. I ordered the pollo Maracaibo and the chicken was dry and the cheese looked like it had been sitting on the chicken for a while. Our food took a while to come out, and when it did, it was room temperature. Definitely disappointed.

The food here is amazing! Every time I go there every dish and every drink is a an experience. I’ve taken a few friends and family members and so far everyone loves Maracaibo.
They have wonderful employees, they speak Spanish as well.

This place is awesome! Our server Mei was amazing from start to finish! She recommended the ceviche de chicharron (pork belly)....my husband loved it!! The empanadas was excellent! We also had some mini arepitas - yum!! I tried a cachapas - it was a sweet corn arepa with sour cream and chicken. It was super flavorful though a little much sour cream for me. I also had the pollo en salsa champiñon. It had mushrooms, rice, and sweet plantains. The flavor was great. They have bar seating and several tables. They also have a dance floor so I can only imagine how live it gets! We will definitely go back.

First of all I appreciate de explanation of the menu for things I was not familiar with, the appetizer was delicious and the entree (for two) was well done and tasty. We enjoy the fruit drinks Mango without milk due to my lactose intolerant and my husband was with milk. The waitress (ms Luisana) was very kind, and knowlegable of they menu, even signing happy birthday
