We have been customers of Marco's pizza for 5 years. We have always enjoyed Marco's pizza and have recommended them to all our frat brothers. However, this Sunday (1-14-2024) was the worst I have been treated by an employee of Marco's. Unfortunately, it was no need to complain to the manager because she was the manager. The location was Virginia Beach Blvd, in Virginia Beach, around 7:30pm. There was no greeting when we entered the store, she was rude, and unprofessional. She would not give us our food ( placing it on the counter) and would not give us a copy of our receipt acting as if we had a disease, dropping the money from our change in my hand! We were so embarrassed and humiliated. I ordered a deluxe pizza with white sauce for me and my wife to share while I’m in the hospital. She’s allergic to onions and there was Mariana sauce instead. I’m pissed. It’s like they ignored the very directions she gave them in person. I’m so pissed. I usually don’t leave reviews I’m so angry.

The worcesters pizza overhead and my life asked for the pizza to be crispy. And there wasn't christie it's soft taste like domino's
I ordered a large pepperoni magnifico with extra cheese....I am sorry to say I did not see the extra cheese that I paid for....only detected extra sauce!! Did not want extra sauce! Very sad when you pay top dollar for a meal.. I feel short changed! Should teach me to eat at home

So this was my first time eating Marcos pizza it's literally walking distance from my job and boy oh boy I bought a couple pies for my team we finished a project for the Oceana Airshow and I wanted to show them a little love.. someone suggested I order Marco's I'm always down for something new so o did and yes sir they have been added to the keeper list - it was hot! Not let me repeat not greasy! And not typical I truly enjoyed it and purchased it for my family a couple days later
