I was charged 1$ for sauce not even halfway filled. Not only is that price steep but cutting corners- making your own sauce cups AND filling them halfway is extremely ridiculous. Unfair price to your customers. Both of the ones I purchased and the one that came inside the box were filled the same. The man working was very nice and apologetic. Give him a raise, fill the sauce cups and lower your price for this to be a reasonable expense. Pure greed and I will not return here anymore just due to this.

I recently placed an order at Marco’s Pizza and went in to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed that the staff making the pizza were handling it with their bare hands, no gloves, and one of them was even using a cell phone and then touching the pizza without washing their hands. As someone who’s aware that phones carry more germs than a toilet seat, this was extremely concerning. I’m sharing this not to be rude but because food safety and cleanliness are important. I hope this is addressed and prevented in the future. Thank you.

I ordered lunch for the guys at my shop today and as always the pizza was hot and delicious. The only thing wrong was I was eating a slice of pizza and I bit into a piece of plastic. It really hurt my tooth I thought I broke my tooth. Picture of the piece of plastic is provided.

I use to order from their until they gave me raw boneless chicken and when I tried to get my money back they refused and offered an in store credit. Would you buy from them if you almost got salmonella and they refuse to give you your money back. If they serve raw chicken and refuse to take accountability I caution anyone to eat anything from there

I ordered online and the pizza was ready in a very short time. They were taking it out of the oven and asked if I needed anything else.
Very well run, clean, and good pizza! Let me tell you... I messed up my online order, and the staff and manager made it right.. and they did it fast! Even though it was my fault, the manager was super friendly and helped me out. Outstanding customer service, and I will be coming back just because the staff is cool

This food was horrible one large pepperoni pizza was $16.99 and it had like 10 pepperonis on it the pizza arrived it look like a medium pizza the wings barely had sauce on them and not to mention when I placed the order online they called me and said I didn’t put a room number nor did I tip like I personally always tip in cash . $40 for this was ridiculous I wanted to cancel the whole prefer after that . This experience was just terrible I know from now on I won’t order from here while I’m here

Sooooooooooooo I’m a regular and while I used to tip often from my card until one day I had this rudeeeww delivery person who couldn’t wait 1 min for me to secure my dog and placed my pizza on the ground I didn’t have transportation so the next day I went to complain to the manager he gives me another pizza and one of the deliver drivers told me that guy had been terminated so following any deliveries I NEVER tipped from my card again and why did I get the same guy who place my food on the ground!!! And supposedly he was terminated okkkk so now they’re inside the building calling out my address because we don’t tip when last week we received cinnamon bites with no cinnamon and when we received a pizza we asked to be well done it was so burnt it wasn’t even funny but those 2 times I didn’t call because WHY ILL HIT THEM where it hurt at WITH THE TIPS!! If you have to work a job just for a tip you need to find a better job to do !!!! You’ll don’t know what’s going on in my household I just paid for food!!!! I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOULL PIZZA LIKE THAT ITS JUST CONVENIENT since I don’t have any transportation‼️‼️‼️ 1544 LASKIN RD VA BEACH #212 need a full new staff with better customer service that guy better be lucky I didn’t smash him with the pizza he put on the ground feed that sh*t to your dog not me and my kids ‼️and don’t think I’m done I’ve already called corporate and left my msg for a call back I’m taking it there.
