Got the 2 choice lunch special. Ordered scallops and oysters. Online menu said it cost $13.99, actually was $17.99. Got 3 small scallops and 4 very small oysters. Pathetic. Used to be a good place for seafood, not any more. Will never go back.

The kind of place you live to run across on a road trip. The She Crab soup and fried clam strips were delicious. Casual place with slot off locals who are warm and friendly.

Had no opportunity to try the food. We were cooly greeted with "Sorry, we have no available tables and it doesn't look like anyone will be leaving any time soon. You're welcome to eat at the bar," But, were we...really? After being ignored there for 10 minutes, we understood we weren't welcome at all and left. I believe Margie and Ray's is pretty particular as to whom they welcome. Not a place where I want to spend my money.

After hearing from our daughter-in-law that this place had great reviews, we were looking forward to enjoying dinner there. Our preference is always to support local businesses vs. chains. Once inside, it was blatantly obvious that we were not welcome there after watching not so subtle chatter between the young "hostess" and another staff member. We were told they had no tables available and it 'didn't look like anyone would be leaving soon'. We were given the option to sit at the end of the bar, which we accepted. But after being ignored there we decided to spend our time and money elsewhere. Sadly, this place may have good food, but the unspoken assumptions and judgment of the staff left a terrible taste in our mouths. After reading some of the other less than glowing reviews, it's clear to us Margie and Ray's is not welcoming to everyone.

Went there for the 1st time. Karen was supposed to be our witness, but she seemed too busy with other customers. We ended up being taken care of by another waitress who ended up being great. Food was okay. Very chill environment perfect for after beach day vibe.

A good local place for seafood. A bit noisy inside. Outdoor seating is quieter if you can get it.

Very unique, eclectic, and homey atmosphere. The crab cakes were delicious. The service was friendly. Loved the casual vibe and air of local patrons as well as visitors on vacation, business, or whatever brought them to the Sandbridge area. Margie and Ray's is a must visit for fresh, no frills, delicious local seafood. But that's not all...they also have a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and drink items on the menu, all reasonably priced.

Not my favorite seafood….kids chicken tenders were dry as a bone. Margs were decent. Steam shrimp pretty good I’d like to have clarified butter. She crab soup was more of a chowder and very salty but I enjoyed it. Hush puppies were decent. Waitress was great. Wasn’t anything special. Group of 6 ppl rated it about 5/10 for food

This is the place to have crabs near VB. We ordered 12 blue crabs and a side of hush puppies. The crabs were amazing, the right amount of old bay and the meat was tender. Very messy but the results are worth it. The provide a shell basket and a roll of paper towels. We ordered a slice of carrpt cake to go which was yummy. Shout out to Jackie who was a great waitress! Highly recommend

If you like well water and overpriced frozen seafood (not fresh) than this is your place. 20 years ago it was great. Has gone downhill big time over the years and it’s quite sad.

Awesome food in a great spot with top notch service. The tray for two is a TON of food, so be ready for it.

Fantastic “ locals” place to enjoy fresh seafood and home made desserts. Very casual atmosphere, quick and efficient service and excellent food. Enjoy not going to a chain restaurant, step back in time and relax while you eat.
