I rarely waste time reviewing after all it is McDonald's and expectations are low to begin with but this place is trashy even by McDonald's standards. The speaker and menu display was broken and looked like someone underage was working the drive through and then the quarter pounder I ordered looked like it had been mashed. I highly recommend corporate due a review of this location and try and bring it up to at least minimum standards.

Ordered doordash from this location. We recieved no straws and no napkins. Also, half of our food was missing... ridiculous Got a refund through DD, even though it was clearly MCD's fault. They even seal the bags so the drivers can't even see what's inside to confirm the order. If you're going to close the bags like that, make sure you do your job right right they can do their job right.

I understand pandemic staff problems, but no ability to go in and get food. Had to go through drive through, and the drive through speaker was broken.? And when we finally got our food after a long wait, the worker didn't say a single word to us and I sat there wondering if he was finished giving me my food and couldn't ask because he closed the window and ignored me. Skip this McDonald's. Go to another one!

Details aren't so clear to place orders. I had app but so many people were upset because you can't go inside only app orders or drive thru. They should make it more accessible to tourists and people walking by.

Horrible service. Was in drive thru for close to 20+ minutes with no movement. Finally cashier came on intercom and stated they only had 3 or 4 items that we could purchase. When asked about a Mocha Frappe, he stated he could do caramel not mocha. Then asked about a hot mocha which he said he could try. Totally poor service and will never return

The drive thru cashier takes forever to take the order and take the money. Also they either don't have sweet tea because the machine broke, when they do it be liquid diabetes, so I get a fruit punch there's no syrup in it.

ZERO STARS!!!!This McDonald's should be shut down for good!I was charged 13 times! for one meal and and my cousin 15 times! Worst McDonald's franchise ever. The eggs were more like water and most of the food was barely warm because of the amount of time it takes as a part of that due to tremendously low amount of worker in the franchise. I fell scammed and was robbed of my money and I will be reporting this franchise.
