I tried the new chicken strips and they were all cartilage no meat. I had maybe two good chicken strips and they were tiny. Our food sat in the window for a good 15 minutes before they handed it to us. With the long wait time came cold food. Some of the fries weren’t cooked all the way through.

I continuously order from this location on Uber eats since it’s around the corner from my house and every single time the order “gets lost” or has already been picked up and delivered (it never has) The people that work there are rude every time and seem to just not care at all. Choose literally any other location to order from and it shows up just fine.

Went to this location for something to eat. We went through the drive-through. They were a little pack. But the line was moving. The young lady on the intercom didn't have the best customer service. Her tone was very rude. The food was hot when we got it. Fries need to cook a little longer. Very soggy.

The people in there are very rude. Tried call about a mistake and they Audibly Said “man why you calling” and hung up on us not once but three times. I hope this place gets shut down considering McDonald’s is supposed to have good customer service and this place is lacking. Respectfully. I choose to go to McDonald’s today because I was craving for the McGriddle. I love it. To me it taste like pancakes. I entered the store and it was so quiet and peaceful. I needed help placing my order at the kiosk and a young man came to help me. Very nice customer service. Everything very clean and neat.

I would not even give a 1 star.The worst McDonald's in the area. Always had trouble at this one. But last night called to make sure they were serving Frappes to be told yes they are. Then get there 5 minutes later and waiting 15 minutes inline to be told they aren't serving Frappes. The girl was rude also the manager the night manager was very rude as well. Never go to this McDonald's again.

When arrived to drivethru, was greeted by what can I get you. Pulled up to first widow where I received a check, said thank you to the employee after grabbing check. Nothing from that employee. Just a stare, and of course pull up to second widow. Look to get my drinks and completely nothing from employee. No customer service at all. Just was worst experience. Then also we received no sauce for any of our meal deals. Probably could’ve asked but hey nobody asked if I needed anything or talked to me. We actually placed the order at this location and we arrived to 5349 Indian River Rd Virginia Beach, VA 23464 United States On accident, they were very polite and understanding. We shouldve cancelled our order at 6680 location and order at the 5349 location. We will not return to this location again
