Lately have been very disappointed with the McDonald's franchise. The quality of food has desperately dropped, but the cost has been rising exponentially. The staff in nearly every location has been poor, attitudes and customer service have been marginal/poor in most locations. The franchises need to improve their pricing and menu, and maybe just maybe reinstate actual cashiers instead of the customers having to type their own order in on a screen but paying the same amount or more for their food. And as far as what the company used to be, what happened to being there for the children? We went from happy and exciting, to boring and depressed with these new designs. How's that looking to the children? That's taking the enjoyment from them and that is not cool.

Placed an order for curbside today at 11:21am today. At 11:46am I went into to inquire about the order. After speaking with the manager, I was told there was an error in the system and they couldn't see the order. I showed them all the confirmation information, but they refused to honor it and told me to re order it and that I would be refunded the erroneous order. I left because im not paying for the order again. Do not go here. I have a different issue every single time I am here. They wanted me to pay for my order twice today. Absolutely do not go here!

0 stars I ordered online ahead of time go to the drive thru (11:35 PM) and sat there 20 minutes no one saying anything on the speaker (other cars also waiting with no red at the drive through) . I called them and they told me to pull up to the window I get there it takes an additional 10 minutes to get my food and they got my order all messed up (ice cream machine “broken”) they gave me hard burnt patties and forgot my pickles (I paid for extra) and doused my husbands burgers in salt and pepper (he can’t eat salt and pepper) and laughed at me when I asked them to remake my food . Second burgers not any better and took even longer to get our food because they said they just threw out the old ones. Ended up trashing the burgers. The website and drive through signs all say it’s 24 hours. Very disappointed.

I went in and ordered two sandwiches off the value menu. There’s no reason it should take 15 minutes to get my order. It seems like they’re more concerned with taking care of the drive-through, then walk in customers. at least they were fast and giving me back a refund when I got fed up with waiting.

I usually don’t have an issue with this McDonald’s. They may take longer, but they rarely ever mess up my order like S Military does. I want to preface this by saying, I don’t get McDonald’s very often anymore. When I do, I usually always a pie or two. 8/13/25 I placed my order at 11:20p. Everything was accurate per usual, but I was given 2 pies that were supposed to be eaten or tossed by 7:15p. They were burnt from being in the warmer, and the strawberry portion felt like fruit leather. I would rather them just tell me they don’t have any than to give me expired/burnt food :(

Don’t come here, the staff have terrible attitudes and don’t try to help you solve your issues. I came to get some food using the McDonald’s app, and they acted like they could not help me. On top of that the inside was not clean. Took my co worker 20 minutes just to get his food. They kept messing up orders. I just walked out and went somewhere else to eat because that was ridiculous!

The food is disgusting, the staff are rude, they remade my order and it’s still the same dry, the Coca-Cola tastes like chlorine and is impossible to drink.

I ask for fries with no salt, my fries taste like they were redipped sitting. Fries. They were hard like potato chips. Second, my cookies were not fresh and hardened so quickly I was upset. It like the microwaved old ones. Idk the food wasn't good. Cookies still on the darn counter. So better y'all. There was no one in line when I came so my food should have been fresh.

I tried the new chicken strips and they were all cartilage no meat. I had maybe two good chicken strips and they were tiny. Our food sat in the window for a good 15 minutes before they handed it to us. With the long wait time came cold food. Some of the fries weren’t cooked all the way through.
