I placed my curbside pickup order @ 10:04 pm. Here it’s 10:41pm. And still haven’t received my order. And had to come through the drive thru. And I’m still sitting here waiting for someone to come to the speaker. This is just ridiculous. And it’s just sad that I’m still waiting on my order. This will be my first and last time coming to this Establishment. We been here in the drive thru line for a hour, Waiting for my order. It’s just frustrating and unacceptable. NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I don’t normally leave reviews, but at this point it feels necessary. I have never had a good experience at this McDonald’s, not once. I kept telling myself “maybe it was just a bad day,” but after years of trying different times, different methods, different days of the week, the truth is obvious: this location simply does not care.
It does not matter how I order, inside, drive-thru, mobile order, or delivery, the result is the same every single time: ✅ Missing items ✅ Wrong items ✅ Cold food ✅ Zero attention to detail ✅ And an attitude like the customers are the problem
If this happened once or twice, I’d brush it off. But it’s every visit. That’s not an accident, that’s a culture. And the worst part? The attitude that comes with it. Out of all the employees I’ve encountered, maybe two people have ever acted like they cared. The rest are rude, snappy, completely unbothered, and clearly over the idea of basic customer service.
I’m not expecting fine dining from McDonald’s. I’m expecting the bare minimum: the food I paid for, made correctly, and handed over without an attitude. That’s it. But this location can’t even manage that.
I’ve reached the point where I’d rather drive further, pay more, or eat something I wasn’t even craving, anything to avoid dealing with the mess that is this store.
If corporate ever wonders why customers stop coming, this location is the example. Not because of one mistake, but because of the total lack of care, consistency, and respect for customers.
I’m done giving this place another chance. It’s not “one bad shift”, it’s the standard here.

Last night i was thinking to go at McDonald's so we decide to order some food but when we got there at the drive thru no one answered so we think it was closed at 12 midnight. Then i just calling if someone will answer me back in the speaker at the drive thru but no answer. So i went to the first window some guy just look at us like we were not there. Then suddenly lady came to the first window told us if we where picking up for doordash. She told us that it was just only for doordash or uber pick up only if is past 12 midnight. When did they start doing only for doordash or uber food pick up only at midnight? What if some people wants to eat that time and their are hungry. But it was okay that they decided to take our order the only thing that make me disappointed is we got our food but the fries was nasty and cold and our burgers the beef was cold and old . Then i paid $20 for my food and what we got just nasty cold meal . It is so sad that i do love McDonald's but the servers are nasty that night . Oh well they can just say they're closed at midnight and instead of wasting my money for nothing.

Came there on the 4th of October at night around 9 10 something young lady working drive thru very rude red hair glasses taking orders inpatient as ever like she didn't want to be there attitude was crazy then pull to window she looks at me with attitude I say how much say 22 I go to give card she hand the card reader out waving it so im not able to put my card in because she being nasy so I stop trying the oh with attitude then to go to next window all these ppl standing around and sit for about 10min waiting on food finally I get it no sorry for the wait have a nice night nothing is this all she waiting on push it out close the window rude the staff working last night need to be trained again no customer service at all none if you dont want to work stay home people want a job but dont want to do the work once they get it they applied for that job nobody made them and that whole team was rude as hell any other time I go there its a young man in drive thru so pleasant have a blessed day thank you for coming real polite then you get nasty girl at night totally opposite you need more like the young man less like last night they all just act like they didn't care poor service

Drive thru is crazy slow, it’s like other people say, they don’t even greet you and they just have you sitting there looking crazy, sitting at the drive through for 15 mins so far and only 2 cars moved ahead of me, manger needs to be let go
