Dude this is such an awful experience. I ordered through my app to pick up inside and all the doors are locked. Everyone is out here upset and frustrated and no compassion from the workers inside either. No apologies nothing. I’ve been here 30+ minutes and still no food. I can’t even speak to anyone to get a refund. I used to work in fast food what is going on with yall? It’s like yall got all new people on right now that don’t know what to do. Yall going downhill fr.

I tried togo into the lobby to order food at 10pm and the lobby was already shut down an hour before it was supposed to be. I knock on door a shift manager opens for me and see that the door hours visibly say dine in until 11pm and lets me in. i’m ready to order now and i thank him and out of nowhere a employee short black guy says lobby close at 10 . He then says we been closing at 10 pm for a while now and he said the time on door was wrong. basically i don’t think employees making their own hours to operate a corporate establishment as big as this is right. I hope something gets done about this but i’m definitely gonna push it as far as i can

It was Very Busy!! They Don't have enough workers working in there and seems like the Drive Thru is more important to them. The CUSTOMERS inside have to Wait and Wait and Wait!! That's Not Right!!

I just submitted a review about the customer service while at the drive through cause the lady at the window was so rude and was yelling at me. Then I get home to find out that all our meals were raw and cold. I call and talk to the manager and of course he didn’t even care. He didn’t believe me when I said the food was raw and when I asked him for a phone number to send him a picture of the food, he said that there is no number that he can share! Besides the sodas were flat and they didn’t give us the McFlurry that we ordered!
