This location never has the delivery order ready on time for delivery drivers. Not Ever. Constant delays. They do not care. Horrible
Again, as a delivery driver, you cannot go to this McDonald's location and ever get an order that's ready on time. Not ever. They will constantly waste your time. Absolutely horrible.

Kiosk order didn't tell me number, manager ask me if I needed help told what happened, he repeated my order gave a number and said we'll call your number.... nope they put the food on the counter and never said anything. Needless to say my food got cold. Nobody concerned that Nobody picked up an order that was paid for. I won't be back!!

I just know if I go through the Drive-Thru and I see Breanna I know my food is going to be delicious. She always greets me with a kind smile and a “nice to see you again”! She truly keeps me coming back!

This McDonalds will make you park and wait for your food to be delivered in the drive through nearly every time. I’ve been here and ordered fries and had to park and wait with one car behind me. It’s very inconvenient and seems ridiculous. I suspect it’s there way of meeting some kind of metric- albeit at the expense of convenience to the customers. Parking drive through customers should only be reserved for when they are truly backed-up and busy.
I’ve been to McDonalds all over the country since I was a kid and never been to one that operates like this.

Late night is terrible they shut off online ordering and kiosk ordering causing the drive thru to back out into the shopping center.

Fast food that is never fast. That best sums up this location. Pray to all things holy that a cashier doesn’t say the infamous words “Can you please go to spot” because you will be there for far longer than reasonable. Waiting 15 minutes for a single item on the menu and watching dozens of people get there much larger orders before me is beyond annoying.

Don't rely on curbside. If you're ordering via the app and picking up at this location, just go through the drive-thru.
On multiple occasions I've tried to pick up via curbside order and after 20-30 minutes I have to go inside to ask for my order. It sucks watching other people get their order before yours when in fact they arrived after.
The latest order I placed, they were sooooo adamant that the order went out. My husband said, "Check your cameras, no one came to our curbside spot." After searching for the order ticket on their end, they found it stuck to different order. They eventually redid the order. It's almost comical how wrong they were.
Well, anyway... just go through the drive-thru.
