I visited this McDonald’s today and was very pleased with my experience. The staff were all very friendly, and the manager was attentive and kept everything well organized. I also tried a new drink, which turned out to be quite unique and enjoyable.

I am a DoorDash driver. I wait my accessibility and how fast the food comes out and if the order is correct. The food does not usually come out as quickly as it should. Accessibility is great as far as getting in and out of McDonald’s. They are more attentive to their drive-through than to their in-store purchases.In store you can be ignored for quite some time. I will say that every order I have received has been correct.

How can an English muffin be burnt but cold at the same time? Mine was. How can I be first in line, pay for my food at the first window, get to the second window and told to go sit in Spot A? I did. You all where not that busy to tell anyone one to go park and wait for their food. How about I don't pay until I get my food!! How about at least tell me there the wait time before I pay. My food was terrible. This morning crew dropped the ball so hard, I will never be back! Order #12617:14 AM.

I went to the drive through and ordered a Large 2 cheeseburger meal. When I got to the window, they gave me a drink with no ice (I didn’t ask for no ice) gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large. Food was cold aswell.

This Mcdonald’s is the worst one in Virginia Beach I wouldn't recommend getting food from here I can hear that some of the Managers are rude to the employees, the whole restaurant is unorganized they need better training this is ridiculous who ever runs this Mcdonald’s should be ashamed. They have the doordashers wait almsost 30 minutes for their order and you're lucky if you even get your correct order in your bag freshly hot at that!
