How hard is it to put 6 nuggets in a 6 pc and 2 pieces of cheese on a double cheese burger? Apparently their staff needs to relearn simple math. It also shouldn't take 15 minutes of sitting in the drive through for wrong food and cold fries

I sat in the drive through tonight for about 15 minutes. Thats fair, the foods always fresh here and they seem to get it out at a good pace. But speed and accuracy is the goal. So tonight I tried the special golden mccrispy chicken sandwich. I was a bit taken back when it and a mcfrappe totaled $15 but I reluctantly pulled around curious about this sauce. It is a nice sized chicken sandwich. Ok flavor. I see yall going for the Chik Fila vibes here. Woulda been cool to get the bacon, lettuce and tomato that was pictured on the advertisement.... that added insult to injury, but I was already gone. The sauce was scarce and nothing to write home about, but it was more than enough to fill me up.

Decided to stop at the drive through and try this location, first the line was over twenty cars deep at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Sat in line for 15 minutes and didn’t move an inch… called the location to find out what was going on and was told they were short handed. Left and went to Wendy’s down the street, much better customer service

The associates are all really nice, never had an issue with an incorrect order, but it is definitely not FAST food. I’ve spent up to 20 minutes stuck in a drive through picking up a mobile order. Going inside for pick up, or getting curbside isn’t any faster either. Right now it’s 9:26 and I’ve been in line since 9:09.
This McDonald's should close at 10pm.. the service is bad after 10 pm and the food sucks... Use to be a great location.. not sure what happened.........
