The level of incompetence at this location is staggering. I ordered a six piece chicken nugget happy meal for my son get it to go drive all the way home. He opens up his happy meal. He ain’t happy because the six piece nuggets are not in the happy meal, how does one forget to put the actual product inside the box? Seriously avoid this location like the plague.

4 cars in front of me. From the time I placed my order it took TWENTY FIVE MINS to get my food. AND it was stone cold. This happens all the time here. The next weekend I went to the one on Indian River Rd., even though I live in the neighborhood next to this McDonalds. 3 cars in front of me. Had my food in THREE and a HALF mins. 21.5 min faster. Why does it take 5 min per car to serve drive through here? And there is never anyone working the inside counter. What the hell is wrong with this McDonalds?!!

You can’t ever convince me to eat at a McDonald’s again in Virginia. This company has lost all respect and its reputation here is bad. Everyone talks about how badly the service, food and even the employees are miserable. What’s the point in having a fast food restaurant if no one wants to be there, the place is run down and disgusting. Just shut them all down and send the employees home. Do better McDonalds !

So this is about the fourth time this happened to me. I placed an order online before breakfast was cut off at 10:13 for a pick up inside. My food should’ve been made and ready for me to pick up when I got there even though it was after breakfast was over They disregarded my order saying that it was in the drive-through and I got a refund. I was only a couple minutes late. It doesn’t take a couple but a minute to put two sausage McMuffins in the microwave real quick they’re breaking down breakfast but it’s not put away all the way yet. I’ve been working in restaurants for 30 years. I know how long it takes to break down the station and refill it with new things. The nonchalant attitude of this is your problem not my problem from the staff not very nice not very nice. They seem to not care. They just wanted me out of there, but I already complained to customer service and I’m not coming to this McDonald’s anymore and I hope nobody else comes here because really the customer service crap
I went to McDonald’s spent 10 dollars on a fish sandwich sm fries, fries are so cold you would think you just took them out of the refrigerator. The fish sandwich was six dollars and change is the same fish sandwich they had for years. they haven’t made any improvements and they have the nerve to charge a little over six dollars for it. Bread was hard sandwich all cockeyed. What a mess if you’re gonna raise your prices do better with the Food who wants to spend all that money on food that is lousy I know I don’t. I work hard for my money and I would like to at least get a decent meal.

The last 3 times I’ve been to McDonald’s everyone there has had the worst attitude and acted like they hate there jobs and then I waited for 40 minutes to get my food and last night I sat there for another 35 minutes and waited for my food that was cold by the time I got home and they gave me half my fries for all 3 of my large fries and my nuggets were not fresh and hard and cold and then I also got no sauces when I asked for them. The tables were dirty and nasty. I couldn’t even get any help when I asked for some sauce and the drink machine was not working either. I will never go back to McDonalds ever again. The worst experience I’ve ever had!!!
