Never in my life have I ever walked into a fast food restaurant and felt like I was not welcome there. From the moment I walked in "Georgie" gave me an extremely dirty look as if my very presence was an insult to her. Once I got my food I decided that I would need some sauce so I made my way to the kiosk and requested some. The response to my simple ask was her throwing the sauce on the counter and when I said thank you she merely glanced back giving me the same dirty look I received when I walked in. My experience was entirely ruined by this service, how am I to have a "happy meal" when the workers are anything but that.

I ordered a mcdouble, no pickles and the burgers were stale the bread was STALE the bottom bun crumbled when I pushed my finger on it. Then when I complained they put the same Burger on a new BUN OH AND BY THE WAY FOR THAT 1 MCDOUBLE AND 1 DRINK(SMALL) 7.00$

I visited McDonald's on Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach last night. My order was taken at 9:17pm. I ordered a fresh large fry for my special needs son. Some of the evening managers are not smart and my $5.00 French fry is never fresh. Why is it that the people who work there, including the managers have no idea what a Fresh fry is. They always only have one window open, not because they are short handed because they are always short handed from a year ago. Tonight, to tell the young lady at the window that I ordered a fresh French fry and was not going to accept the cold fry which had been setting on the counter for a long time. Cory the manager came to the window and instantly became belligerent and started mouthing at me. Cory was acting like a complete who is not intelligent, which is exactly what he is. I was not going to argue with this dude, so I just stopped talking with him and waited for my fry. Cory did not ask, but demanded I pull up. I told him I ordered a fresh fry 10 minutes ago and that I was not going to pull up. Cory became even more belligerent when I refused to comply with his demands. Cory refused to give me my order or refund my money. The in-store cameras will confirm everything I am saying. Next, Cory began taken orders outside to the cars behind me. When he got tried of taken orders outside in 30-degree temperature with a tee shirt on, he began to give the customers their orders at the back window rather than give me my order. CORY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATE FIRED AFTER HIS SHOCKING BEHAVIOR TONIGHT. WHAT IS CORY TEACHING THE EMPLOYEES. He is teaching the employees they can treat the customers any way they like. After sitting at the pickup window for over 25 minutes, I pulled around the ordering kiosk and asked the dummy to bring my fries. Cory would not even come to the window and completely ignored me and told the staff not to open the window. He continued to refuse to bring my order. I understand that some men from his region of the world think all females are beneath them and would rather die than to give in to a female. Check your receipt because you probably went for 20-30 minutes without any orders being taken. Cory is completely disgusting with those thick, long, nasty smelly dreadlocks down his behind with no type of hair mask or visor or anything and is allowed to serve people food and is a manager and is so purely nasty. He has handed me my food inside before and dreads purely stank. No, I am not racist because I am black as well. I was at the outside kiosk until after 10:17pm and my son did not get the fries I paid for. I want my $4.78 cent back and for all the orders I have gotten from this McDonald's for the last month because none of the orders were what I paid for. I normally drive past this McDonalds and go to another McDonalds because it is so poorly managed most of the time. I only stop at this one when no one is in line because they do not know how to move the line. This McDonald's is horrible most of the time. They once had an exceptional evening manager who won the location one of the ten best McDonald's in the county, but the owner ran that manager away and this place has been horrible ever since he left the store.

The food at this McDonald’s was good compared to some that I’ve been to. It was hot and the fries were not soggy. I ordered two times because I was still hungry. There was no one upfront. I had to order on the machine. My order did not pop up on the order screen behind the front desk. I could only see one person in the back and that person was doing the orders upfront, and the drive-through orders. There were four of us customers upfront, and we all wondered if we were going to get our food. The man behind the front desk who was handing out the food, was polite and kind. He was not in a hurry. I had to wait quite a while to get my food. The other people there said that this McDonald’s was extremely slow and they often leave to go to another McDonald’s to get food because this one is slow slow.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's east of the Mississippi. 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line for dinner no matter when you're coming through. They've gotten rid of the person working the cash registers. They push the app for.ordering and the place is still slow as hell..
